中职学校兼职教师队伍建设研究

【摘要】:中职教育的平稳、健康发展,是我国经济社会发展的现实需要。中职教育肩负着为社会发展培养技能型人才和高素质劳动者的重要任务,是输出人力资源的大后方,对我国的经济建设起着不可估量的作用。在新型工业化时期,建设一支数量可观、结构合理、质量优胜的师资队伍,是我国中职教育事业可持续发展的关键。 本文在学习总结国内相关研究的基础上,综合运用文献检索法、比较研究法和访谈法,,从基本理论到具体实际,依照理论指导实践的思路进行论述。 首先,对本论文的提出、研究的价值意义和相关文献综述进行了阐述。研究的价值意义主要有:加强中职学校的兼职教师队伍建设是我国职业教育发展的需要;加强中职学校的兼职教师队伍建设是提高职业教育办学效益、提升职业教育教学质量的需要;加强中职学校的兼职教师队伍建设是加快中职教育实现培养目标的需要;加强中职学校的兼职教师队伍建设是经济社会发展的需要。 在第二部分中,介绍了中职教育兼职教师队伍建设的相关理论。包括中职教育及其特点、中职教育中的教师及其特点、中职教育中的兼职教师及其特点,以及与中职学校兼职教师队伍建设问题息息相关的理论基础,为如何加强中职学校兼职教师队伍建设提供了理论依据。 第三部分和第四部分是对我国中职学校兼职教师队伍建设的现状分析和典型案例分析以及启示,主要从兼职教师队伍建设的结构现状、管理现状和存在的问题等方面入手,为如何加强中职学校兼职教师队伍建设起到了指导性的作用。 第五部分是文章的核心部分,为加强中职学校兼职教师队伍建设提出了具体建议,主要包括全面提高认识;科学制定规划;完善政策法规;加强制度建设;调动企业参与的积极性和提高兼职教师的自身素养等。 希望通过本论文的论述和研究可以对我国中职学校兼职教师的队伍建设做出一定的贡献。
[Abstract]:The steady and healthy development of secondary vocational education is the realistic need of our country's economic and social development.Secondary vocational education shoulders the important task of cultivating skilled talents and high-quality laborers for the social development. It is the rear area of exporting human resources and plays an inestimable role in the economic construction of our country.In the period of new-type industrialization, it is the key to the sustainable development of secondary vocational education in China to build a contingent of teachers with considerable quantity, reasonable structure and superior quality.On the basis of studying and summing up the relevant research in China, this paper synthetically applies the literature retrieval method, the comparative research method and the interview method, from the basic theory to the concrete practice, and discusses it according to the train of thought of the theory guiding the practice.First of all, this paper is put forward, the value of the study and related literature review are expounded.The value significance of the study mainly includes: strengthening the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools is the need of the development of vocational education in our country, strengthening the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools is to improve the efficiency of vocational education.It is necessary to improve the quality of vocational education, to strengthen the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools is to accelerate the secondary vocational education to achieve the goal of training, and to strengthen the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools is the need of economic and social development.In the second part, it introduces the theory of the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational education.Including secondary vocational education and its characteristics, teachers and their characteristics in secondary vocational education, part-time teachers and their characteristics in secondary vocational education, and the theoretical basis closely related to the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools.It provides a theoretical basis for how to strengthen the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools.The third part and the fourth part are the current situation analysis and the typical case analysis and the enlightenment of the construction of the part-time teachers in the secondary vocational schools, mainly from the structure of the construction of part-time teachers, management status and existing problems and so on.It plays a guiding role in how to strengthen the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools.The fifth part is the core part of the article, which puts forward specific suggestions for strengthening the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools, mainly including comprehensive awareness, scientific planning, improving policies and regulations, strengthening the construction of the system;Mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprise participation and improve the quality of part-time teachers and so on.It is hoped that the discussion and research in this paper can contribute to the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools.
