服务类课程“情景导向教学模式”的评价策略——以《餐饮服务与管理》课程为例

【摘要】："情景导向教学模式"是旅游服务类工作过程系统化课程教学实施的一种创新模式,在培养学生关注客人情感变化,提高应变情景的职业能力,养成良好的职业特质方面取得了很好的教学效果。该模式以培养职业人成就卓越的职业特质为目标,应在学生知识、技能的掌握程度,评价其情景导向的服务思维、行为、语言、情感的发展状况。
[Abstract]:"situational teaching mode" is an innovative mode in the teaching of the systematic course of the working process of tourism service. It trains students to pay attention to the change of guest's emotion and to improve their professional ability to adapt to the situation.Good teaching effect has been achieved in fostering good professional characteristics.The aim of this model is to cultivate the outstanding professional characteristics of the professional people, and to evaluate the development of their situational oriented service thinking, behavior, language and emotion at the level of students' mastery of knowledge and skills.
