“职教歧视”对高职发展的影响及应对

【摘要】:"职教歧视"是当前社会客观存在的一种现象,表现在社会歧视、制度歧视和自我歧视三个方面,这对高职教育的发展从招生到人才培养,再到学生就业都产生全过程性的诸多不利影响。因此,必须通过转变人才培养的定位与定向,切实提高人才培养质量;充分利用媒体资源,加强对高职教育的宣传;修正现有政策,破除高职毕业生就业的障碍;合理分配资源,为高职教师提供更多发展空间等手段,对"职教歧视"予以荡除。
[Abstract]:"Vocational education discrimination" is an objective phenomenon in the current society, which is manifested in three aspects: social discrimination, institutional discrimination and self-discrimination, which contribute to the development of higher vocational education from enrollment to talent training.Then to the student employment all produces the whole process many adverse effects.Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of talent training by changing the orientation and orientation of talent training, make full use of media resources, strengthen the propaganda of higher vocational education, revise the existing policies, and break down the obstacles to the employment of higher vocational graduates.Rational allocation of resources to provide more development space for higher vocational teachers and other means to eliminate discrimination in vocational education.
