高职院校文化育人的系统设计与实践

【摘要】：本文介绍了深圳职业技术学院近年来为应对产业升级、社会转型对高职院校人才培养提出的新要求和新挑战,培养适应社会需要的高素质高技能应用型人才而推出的文化育人改革实践。通过文化育人的系统设计与实践,学院提高了人才培养质量,增强了服务产业转型升级能力,取得了显著成效。深圳职业技术学院的探索实践和经验总结,对于国内高职院校推动人才培养模式改革,具有重要的指导意义和参考价值。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the new requirements and challenges that Shenzhen Vocational and Technical College has put forward in recent years to cope with the industrial upgrading and social transformation to the talent training in higher vocational colleges.The reform practice of cultivating high-quality and high-skill applied talents to meet the needs of the society.Through the systematic design and practice of cultural education, the college has improved the quality of personnel training, enhanced the ability of transformation and upgrading of service industry, and achieved remarkable results.The exploration practice and experience summary of Shenzhen Vocational and Technical College have important guiding significance and reference value for promoting the reform of talent training mode in domestic higher vocational colleges.
