【摘要】：随着我国市场经济的不断深入发展和高等院校招生规模的不断扩大，大学毕业生的人数呈逐年增长的趋势，，就业形势日益严峻。在这种情形下，大学生职业生涯规划教育缺失现象被社会各界所关注。职业生涯规划教育就是引导学生在对其职业生涯的主客观条件进行测定、分析、总结和研究的基础上，确定其最佳职业奋斗目标，并为实现这一目标做出有效规划的教育活动。职业生涯规划教育的本质、核心在于促进人的全面发展和培养人的综合素质，满足社会对高等人才的需求。[1]可见职业生涯规划教育对于大学生实现个人终身发展有着重要的作用。陕西省是我国高教大省，尤其是职业教育、民办教育大省，为使大学生实现个人的全面和谐发展，高等职业院校大学生职业生涯规划教育问题与对策研究是值得深入探讨的课题。本文主要通过文献法和抽样问卷调查法进行分析研究。采用文献法收集国内外在本研究领域的成果、专著、文献，并对所收集资料进行研究、对比和筛选，从而归纳总结出目前研究状况的发展趋势，为论文的进一步研究奠定理论基础。采用抽样问卷调查法对陕西职业技术学院、陕西财经职业技术学院、西安职业技术学院、西安海棠职业学院、西安思源职业学院、西安高新科技职业学院、西安培华学院、西安欧亚学院、西安科技大学、西安工程大学十所高职院校（包括本科院校中的大专院校）大学生职业生涯规划教育的现状进行了调查、统计和分析，调查显示大学生职业生涯规划教育存在以下突出问题：（1）教育缺乏全程性服务意识；（2）教育内容和形式单一；（3）教师缺乏专业性；（4）社会组织的参与度不高。针对以上问题分析其影响因素包括：（1）高校对职业生涯规划教育重视程度不够；（2）内容和形式缺乏规范性；（3）教师队伍缺乏专业化培训措施；（4）缺乏政府和社会的有效支持；（5）传统教育在职业指导上的缺乏。综合上述理论分析和实际工作研究，本文在借鉴相关学者研究成果的基础上，提出大学生职业生涯规划教育存在问题的对策：（1）构建全程性职业生涯规划教育服务；（2）完善教育内容和形式；（3）加强教师队伍建设；（4）加强高职院校与社会组织的交流与合作。同时，为了使上述教育对策能够得到有效实施，还提出了物质保障和法律保障的具体保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the market economy and the expanding enrollment scale of colleges and universities , the number of college graduates has been increasing year by year , and the employment situation is becoming more and more severe . In this situation , the education of career planning of college students has been paid close attention to by all walks of life . The essence of career planning education is to promote the comprehensive development of human beings and cultivate people ' s comprehensive quality .

This paper studies the present situation of career planning education of college students in Xi ' an Institute of Vocational and Technical College , Xi ' an Institute of Finance and Economics , Xi ' an Institute of Technology , Xi ' an , Xi ' an , Xi ' an University of Science and Technology , Xi ' an Peihua University , Xi ' an College of Technology , Xi ' an University of Science and Technology , Xi ' an Engineering University , Xi ' an University of Science and Technology , Xi ' an University of Science and Technology , Xi ' an Engineering University , Xi ' an University of Science and Technology , Xi ' an University of Science and Technology , Xi ' an Engineering University , Xi ' an University of Science and Technology , Xi ' an University of Science and Technology , Xi ' an Engineering University .

( 3 ) Lack of professionalism of teachers ;
( 4 ) The participation of social organizations is not high . The analysis of the factors affecting the above problems includes : ( 1 ) Insufficient attention paid to career planning education in colleges and universities ;
( 2 ) Lack of standardization in content and form ;
( 3 ) Lack of specialized training measures for teachers ' teams ;
( 4 ) Lack of effective support from the Government and society ;
( 5 ) The lack of traditional education in vocational guidance .

( 4 ) To strengthen the communication and cooperation between higher vocational colleges and social organizations . Meanwhile , in order to ensure the effective implementation of the above - mentioned educational countermeasures , specific safeguard measures for material protection and legal protection are also put forward .
