团队为基础的教学法与微格教学法在基础护理实训教学中的应用

【摘要】:[目的]评价团队为基础的教学法与微格教学法在基础护理学技能实训教学中的使用效果。[方法]将67名高职二年级护理学生列为研究对象,按照班级分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组(n=35)采用传统教学法,观察组(n=32)实施TBL联合微格教学法。[结果]观察组学生的个人技能操作考核、临床沟通能力、评判性思维能力和自主学习能力均高于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]TBL联合微格教学法有利于提高基础护理学技能实训课的教学质量,增强了学生的评判性思维能力、自主学习能力与沟通能力,有利于培养学生的综合能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of team based teaching method and microteaching method in practical teaching of basic nursing skills.[methods] Sixty-seven nursing students in the second year of higher vocational education were divided into observation group and control group according to their classes. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method and the observation group implemented TBL combined with microteaching method.[results] the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in terms of personal skills, clinical communication ability, critical thinking ability and autonomous learning ability.[conclusion] TBL combined with microteaching method is beneficial to improve the teaching quality of the practical training course of basic nursing skills, enhance the students' critical thinking ability, autonomous learning ability and communication ability, and help to train the students' comprehensive ability.
