多元治理下校企合作激励机制构建研究

【摘要】:基于多元治理理论、以企业视角系统设计的多方联动激励机制,是校企合作良性运作正向支持的外部机制。教育情感、社会责任、组织利益是企业参与校企合作内部动机的基本要素,三者互相影响、缺一不可。政府、院校、行业和社会等治理主体合理定位功能角色:政府治理,重点在以法治促责任、以制度保利益、以政策强服务;院校变革,核心是通过办学观念、合作机制、人才培养及师资队伍建设提升与企业合作中观念、能力与效率的匹配协同度;行业参与,积极鼓励行业协会以第三方身份对校企合作进行行业性指导;社会导向,大力倡导全社会崇尚技能,形成激励企业参与校企合作的文化环境。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of multiple governance and the system design of multi-party incentive mechanism from the enterprise perspective, it is an external mechanism which is supported by the positive operation of the cooperation between school and enterprise.Education emotion, social responsibility and organization benefit are the basic factors of the internal motive of the enterprise participating in the cooperation between school and enterprise.The government, colleges, universities, industry, society and other governing bodies reasonably position the role of function: government governance, emphasis on promoting responsibility with the rule of law, protecting interests by system, and strong service by policy, the core of college reform is through the concept of running a school, the mechanism of cooperation, and so on.Personnel training and teacher team building and corporate cooperation in the concept, ability and efficiency of the matching synergy; industry participation, actively encourage industry associations as a third party to the cooperation of schools and enterprises to guide the industry; social orientation,Advocate the whole society to advocate skills and form a cultural environment to encourage enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation.
