高职毕业生生存状态的实证研究——基于工作年限、收入、社会支持、心理资本对其生活与工作影响的视角

【摘要】：为了解高职毕业生生存状态,采用幸福感指数、总体情感指数量表、社会支持评定量表、心理资本问卷对广东省520名高职毕业生进行调查。结果显示工作年限、收入、社会支持和心理资本均可影响其生存的幸福感体验,但是工作年限和收入不能进入解释总体幸福感的回归方程。社会支持和心理资本解释了高职毕业生总体幸福感变异的46.9%。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the living state of vocational college graduates, 520 vocational college graduates in Guangdong province were investigated with well-being index, total emotion index, social support rating scale and psychological capital questionnaire.The results showed that working years, income, social support and psychological capital could all affect their well-being experience, but the working years and income could not enter the regression equation to explain the overall well-being.Social support and psychological capital explain the variation of overall well-being of higher vocational graduates.
