朔州市城乡一体化职业教育办学模式研究

【摘要】：职业教育是与社会经济发展联系最为密切的一种教育，朔州市是一座典型的资源型经济城市，为了摆脱资源型城市的枯竭，优化产业结构，改变严重依靠能源的发展局面，朔州提出了转型跨越发展和推进“四化一体东部新区建设”。这一战略的实现需要大批各级各类各层次的人才来支撑，大批技能型人才需要本地的职业教育来培养，这对朔州市的职业教育办学模式也提出了新的要求。本文从朔州市职业教育的办学现状出发，发现存在的问题并分析问题的成因，，在此基础上探索国内外城乡一体化职业教育办学模式的经验及启示，进而提出了构建朔州市城乡一体化职业教育办学模式，并对这一模式的影响因素，选择原则，内涵、特点及保障机制进行了研究。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is a kind of education most closely related to social and economic development. Shuozhou City is a typical resource-based economic city. In order to get rid of the depletion of resource-based cities, optimize the industrial structure, and change the development situation that relies heavily on energy, Shuozhou City is a typical resource-based economy city.Shuozhou put forward the transformation of leapfrogging development and promoting the "four-dimensional integration of the construction of new eastern areas."The realization of this strategy needs a large number of talents at all levels and levels to support, and a large number of skilled talents need local vocational education to cultivate, which also puts forward new requirements for the mode of running schools of vocational education in Shuozhou City.Starting from the current situation of vocational education in Shuozhou City, this paper finds out the existing problems and analyzes the causes of the problems. On this basis, it explores the experience and enlightenment of the mode of running a school in the integration of urban and rural areas at home and abroad.Furthermore, this paper puts forward the construction of the mode of integrated vocational education in Shuozhou city and countryside, and studies the influencing factors, selection principles, connotation, characteristics and guarantee mechanism of this mode.
