高职院校青年教师教学能力提升机制探析

【摘要】:文章阐述了国内外关于教学能力的有关研究,并在理论研究和调研分析的基础上提出了高职院校青年教师教学能力架构体系,认为教学能力是由个体基本能力、基础教学能力、核心教学能力和拓展教学能力构成的有机整体,进而指出高职院校在青年教师教学能力提升方面存在的问题,如培训方式和内容缺乏针对性,培训制度的落实力度不够,针对青年教师的激励不足,教学能力评价体系不健全。最后,积极构建了高职院校青年教师教学能力"三段四化—双向提升"机制,以期为高职院校青年教师教学能力的提升探索新途径。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical research and investigation and analysis, the author puts forward the structure system of the teaching ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges. The author thinks that the teaching ability is made up of individual basic ability and basic teaching ability.The organic whole of core teaching ability and expanding teaching ability is pointed out, and the problems in improving the teaching ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges are pointed out, such as the lack of pertinence of training methods and contents, and the insufficient implementation of training system.The evaluation system of teaching ability is not perfect in view of the lack of encouragement of young teachers.Finally, the author actively constructs the mechanism of "three stages, four modernizations and two way promotion" in the teaching ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, in order to explore new ways to improve the teaching ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges.
