【摘要】：本文回顾了澳大利亚TAFE模式的发展历程,并详细归纳了澳大利亚TAFE模式具备职业教育发展市场化、职业教育体系完善化、职业教育主导行业化、职业教育管理职能明确化、职业教育建立标准化和人性化这5个特点。在对中国与澳大利亚的职业教育做了详细比较的基础上,提出应借鉴TAFE模式的优点,加快我国职业教育发展的策略,即健全法制和政策、改变观念,构建终身化和全面化的职业教育环境;加强政府管理,加大经费支持的力度,保障职业教育持续发展;坚持市场化的主导,鼓励行业高度参与;改进课程体制,建立培训包,构建"双师型"队伍。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the development course of Australian TAFE model, and sums up in detail Australian TAFE model with marketization of vocational education development, perfection of vocational education system, leading profession of vocational education, clear function of vocational education management, etc.The five characteristics of vocational education are standardization and humanization.Based on the detailed comparison of vocational education between China and Australia, this paper puts forward the strategy of speeding up the development of vocational education in China, that is, to perfect the legal system and policy, to change the concept, and to draw lessons from the advantages of the TAFE model, and to speed up the development of vocational education in China.Build a lifelong and comprehensive vocational education environment; strengthen government management, increase funding support to ensure the sustained development of vocational education; adhere to the market leadership, encourage industry to participate highly; improve the curriculum system, establish training packages,Build a "double-qualified" team.
