江西工程职业学院发展战略研究

【摘要】:20世纪80年代末、90年代初,我国开始积极发展高等职业教育。至今已有近20年,经过这么多年的发展,高等职业教育已成为我国高等教育的“半壁江山”,形成了比较完整的高职教育理念,为社会提供了许多急需的高素质应用型人才。 江西工程职业学院是2004年设立的。因办学时间不长,对高职教育的办学理念和办学措施还有待进一步加强和完善。加之办学市场激烈竞争的严峻挑战,学院的发展受到了威胁。可以说,学院目前面临的状况是:既有着发展的机遇,同时又面临着如何办好高职教育,办出自己特色,使自己能在众多的高职院校中脱颖而出的挑战。 本文将运用安索夫的PEST分析方法和安德鲁斯的SWOT分析方法及波特的五力模型分析方法,分析研究江西工程职业学院所处的宏观教育环境、高职教育环境及学院的内部状况,围绕在2年内使学院成为江西省示范性高职院校,最终把学院办成特色鲜明,省内先进,具有一定的社会影响和较高社会声誉的高职院校的目标,为学院制定一个发展战略,力图通过在招生就业、教学管理、学生管理、学制管理、创业教育、专业设置和经费投入等方面的创新建设,使学院能培养出适应江西经济建设与社会发展需要,立足本省,面向全国,突出行业特色,服务于城市和农村的高素质技能型专门人才。
[Abstract]:In the late 1980s and early 1990s, China began to actively develop higher vocational education.After so many years of development, higher vocational education has become the "half of the world" of higher education in our country, which has formed a relatively complete concept of higher vocational education and provided many highly qualified applied talents for the society.Jiangxi Engineering Vocational College was established in 2004.As the running time is not long, the idea and measures of running higher vocational education need to be further strengthened and perfected.In addition, the development of the college is threatened by the fierce competition in the school market.It can be said that the college is faced with the current situation is: both the opportunity for development, but also faced with how to run the higher vocational education, run their own characteristics, so that they can stand out in many higher vocational colleges and challenges.This paper will use Ansov's PEST analysis method, Andrews' SWOT analysis method and Porter's five-force model analysis method to analyze and study the macroscopical education environment, the higher vocational education environment and the internal condition of Jiangxi Engineering Vocational College.Focusing on the goal of making the college a model vocational college in Jiangxi Province within two years, and finally running the college into a vocational college with distinctive characteristics, advanced in the province, with a certain social impact and a higher social reputation, a development strategy was formulated for the college.Through the innovative construction in the aspects of enrollment and employment, teaching management, student management, school system management, entrepreneurship education, specialty setting and fund investment, the college can cultivate and adapt to the needs of Jiangxi economic construction and social development, and establish itself in this province.Face to the whole country, highlight the characteristics of the industry, serving the urban and rural high-quality skilled professionals.
