职业教育精准扶贫的定位、模式及推进策略

【摘要】：开展职业教育精准扶贫是增强贫困人口职业技能、提升人力资本、实现脱贫致富目标的重要路径。科学实施职业教育精准扶贫工作,必须明确其目标定位、群体定位、区域定位以及服务内容定位。要综合运用"奖、助、贷、补"相结合的奖助模式,长短结合的技能培训模式,与科技扶贫相结合的对口帮扶模式,以增强职业教育精准扶贫工作的实效性。同时,还要不断创新职业教育扶贫联动机制,形成扶贫工作合力,增加职业教育扶贫经费投入,开展产教联合扶贫和"造血"式智力扶贫,实施定向的技能型教育扶贫,实现人才的精准培养。
[Abstract]:The development of vocational education is an important way to enhance the poor people's vocational skills, enhance human capital and achieve the goal of getting rid of poverty.In order to carry out the work of helping the poor scientifically, it is necessary to define the target, group, region and service content of vocational education.In order to enhance the effectiveness of precision poverty alleviation in vocational education, we should comprehensively use the "award, aid, loan, and compensation" model, the skill training model combined with the long and short combination, and the corresponding help model combined with science and technology to help the poor.At the same time, it is also necessary to continuously innovate the linkage mechanism of helping the poor in vocational education, to form a joint effort to help the poor, to increase the funding input for poverty alleviation in vocational education, to carry out the joint work of industry and education in poverty alleviation and to carry out a "hematopoietic" type of intellectual poverty alleviation, and to carry out targetedTo achieve the precise training of talents.
