职业技能与职业精神融合视阈下的人才培养方案研究与实践

【摘要】：通过对高职学生应具备的职业技能和职业精神的解读,强调高职院校进行提高职业技能和培养职业精神融合的重要意义,提出高职生提高职业技能和培养职业精神融合的有效途径,即将提高职业技能和培养职业精神融合贯穿于专业人才培养模式中;专业课程教学中融入职业技能和职业精神的培养;将企业文化融入校园文化;构建一个行之有效、反应及时的考核评价反馈机制,提升高职生的就业竞争力,将学生培养成为电子信息产业转型升级和企业技术创新所需要的发展型复合型和创新型的技术技能人才。
[Abstract]:Through the interpretation of vocational skills and professional spirit that vocational students should possess, this paper emphasizes the importance of improving vocational skills and fostering the integration of vocational spirit in higher vocational colleges.The effective ways for vocational students to improve their vocational skills and cultivate their professional spirit are put forward, that is to say, the integration of improving vocational skills and cultivating professional spirit runs through the training mode of professional talents.The training of vocational skills and professional spirit in the teaching of professional courses; the incorporation of enterprise culture into campus culture; the construction of an effective and timely evaluation and evaluation feedback mechanism to enhance the employment competitiveness of vocational college students.The students should be trained to be the complex and innovative technical talents needed for the transformation and upgrading of electronic information industry and the technological innovation of enterprises.
