我国高职院校教学管理体制与运行机制的问题和对策

【摘要】：我国高职院校教学管理存在体制不健全、运行机制不优化等问题。要解决教学管理体制不健全的问题,必须坚定不移地实行党委领导、校长负责、教授治学、依法治校、民主管理的教学管理体制,妥善处理学术管理与行政管理的关系,进一步完善教学工作委员会制度,明确界定教务处的权责界限,突出教学实施机构的主体地位。要解决教学管理运行机制不优化的问题,必须开放决策,增强决断,优化决策机制;强化服务,运用激励,优化推进机制;完善标准,强力纠偏,优化调控机制;增强力量,改进手段,优化监督反馈机制;注重实质,强化约束,优化评价机制。
[Abstract]:There are some problems in teaching management of higher vocational colleges in our country, such as imperfect system and unoptimized operation mechanism.To solve the problem of imperfect teaching management system, we must unswervingly implement the leadership of the Party committee, the responsibility of the principal, the teaching management system of teaching and learning, the administration of schools according to law, and the democratic management, and properly handle the relationship between academic management and administrative management.Further improve the system of teaching work committee, clearly define the limits of authority and responsibility of the Department of academic Affairs, and highlight the main position of the teaching implementing organization.In order to solve the problem that the operation mechanism of teaching management is not optimized, we must open decision, strengthen decision, optimize decision-making mechanism, strengthen service, use incentive, optimize pushing mechanism, perfect standard, strongly correct deviation, optimize control mechanism, strengthen strength,Improve the means, optimize the supervision feedback mechanism, pay attention to the essence, strengthen the constraint, optimize the evaluation mechanism.
