高职院校连锁经营管理专业医药方向人才培养模式的探索

【摘要】：目的:为提高高等职业院校(以下简称"高职院校")连锁经营管理专业医药方向人才培养质量提供参考。方法:分析我国医药零售连锁行业市场现状,总结目前人才培养模式的问题,针对弊端提出改革方案及措施。结果:基于我国医药零售连锁行业市场规模不断扩大、专业人才储备不足、新零售模式形成的市场现状,校企合作力度不够深入、设置课程的实践性和针对性不强、师资结构不合理的培养模式现状,提出以现代学徒制为基础,校企共担培养培育责任、招生即招工,共同设计课程体系、共同考核学生,构建教师和师傅的"双导师"教师队伍。结论:基于现代学徒制的人才培养模式作为高职院校连锁经营管理专业医药方向教学改革的切入点,有利于培养出符合行业需求和社会发展的高质量医药管理人才。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the quality of medical personnel training in chain management major in higher vocational colleges (hereinafter referred to as "higher vocational colleges").Methods: to analyze the market situation of pharmaceutical retail chain industry in China, summarize the problems of talent training mode, and put forward the reform plan and measures.Results: based on the market scale of pharmaceutical retail chain industry in China, the shortage of professional talents, the current market situation of the new retail mode, the insufficient cooperation between school and enterprise, and the lack of practicality and pertinence in setting up courses,On the basis of the modern apprenticeship system, the author puts forward that the school and enterprise should share the training responsibility, recruit students, design the curriculum system and examine the students together.Construct the "double tutors" of teachers and teachers.Conclusion: the talent training model based on modern apprenticeship system is the breakthrough point of medical teaching reform of chain management specialty in higher vocational colleges, which is helpful to cultivate high-quality medical management talents in line with the needs of the industry and social development.
