重庆市高职院校学生法制教育有效性的探究

【摘要】：目前，作为高等教育的重要组成部分之一的高职教育，身肩着培养专业性技术型人才的重任，以满足社会主义市场经济的需要。在竞争日益激烈的社会主义市场经济中，法律作为一个准绳和工具，发挥着越来越重要的作用。伴随着依法治国方针策略的全面实施，国家也加快了大学生法制教育的进程。作为社会未来的大学生群体，其法律素质的高低势必将影响社会主义现代化建设事业。然而，大学生违法犯罪现象日益严重,特别是在高职院校，高职学生犯罪呈高发态势，这反映出当前高职院校学生的法律意识和法制观念亟待提高,也说明了高职院校的法制教育有效性的缺失。鉴于此，为把我国建设成为法治型国家，在社会主义现代化建设新时期，大学生群体面临着严峻的就业压力和竞争压力，作为高等教育重要组成部分的高职院校应当立足于自身办学特色，充分发挥民办教育的资源优势，用发展的眼光重新审视高职法制教育的重要性，以培养高职学生过硬的专业技能、牢牢地树立法制观念为目的，全面提升法制教育的有效性。高职院校所培养的大学生，作为未来国家的专业性建设人才和社会主义事业的接班人，不仅是实现社会主义现代化的栋梁之材，肩负着振兴中华民族的伟大历史使命，而且也是社会主义法治国家建设的生力军，，寄托着中国法治之路的希望。高职院校学生的法制观念如何、法律素质怎样,终将关系到建设社会主义法治国家的艰难进程。高职院校有着自身的办学特色和人才培养模式，高职学生有着自己的思维和行为特点，研究高职学生的法制教育，提升高职院校法制教育的有效性具有重要的实践意义。
[Abstract]:At present, as one of the important components of higher education, higher vocational education is shouldering the important task of cultivating professional and technical talents in order to meet the needs of socialist market economy.In the increasingly competitive socialist market economy, law, as a yardstick and tool, plays an increasingly important role.With the comprehensive implementation of the policy of governing the country according to law, the state also speeds up the process of legal education for college students.As a group of college students in the future, its legal quality will inevitably affect the cause of socialist modernization.However, the phenomenon of students committing crimes against the law is becoming more and more serious, especially in higher vocational colleges.It also explains the lack of effectiveness of legal education in higher vocational colleges.In view of this, in order to build our country into a country ruled by law, in the new period of socialist modernization, college students are facing severe pressure of employment and competition.As an important part of higher education, higher vocational colleges should base themselves on their own characteristics of running schools, give full play to the resource advantages of private education, and re-examine the importance of legal education in higher vocational education from the perspective of development.In order to train the professional skills of higher vocational students and firmly establish the concept of legal system, the effectiveness of legal education can be comprehensively promoted.As the professional construction talents and the successors of the socialist cause, the college students are not only the pillars of the socialist modernization, but also shoulder the great historical mission of revitalizing the Chinese nation.Moreover, it is the new force in the construction of socialist country ruled by law, which is the hope of the road of Chinese rule of law.The concept of legal system and the legal quality of students in higher vocational colleges will eventually affect the difficult process of building a socialist country ruled by law.Higher vocational colleges have their own characteristics of running schools and talents training mode, and higher vocational students have their own thinking and behavior characteristics. It is of great practical significance to study the legal education of higher vocational students and to promote the effectiveness of legal education in higher vocational colleges.
