高等职业教育创新发展与高职院校特色化发展研究

【摘要】：高职创新发展与特色化发展就其地位而言并非等列齐观,其手段与目的、战术与战略之本质差异可由创新与发展、特色与特色化、创新发展与特色化发展三对关系中洞见。基于此,高职院校特色化发展在本末观、本质观、视野观、取舍观、形成观等若干方面存在的认识盲点和误区也即得到澄清,高职教育创新发展背景下的高职院校特色化发展的实践策略也即生成:创新发展须着眼于特色化发展,须洞悉特色化发展困境,须扼住特色化发展之"七寸"。
[Abstract]:The innovation development and the characteristic development of higher vocational education are not equal in terms of their status. Their means and ends, and the essential differences between tactics and strategies can be seen in three pairs of relations: innovation and development, characteristic and feature, innovation and characteristic development.Based on this, the blind spots and misunderstandings of the characteristic development of higher vocational colleges in some aspects, such as the view of essence, the view of essence, the view of vision, the view of choice and choice, the view of formation, etc., have been clarified.Under the background of the innovation and development of higher vocational education, the practical strategy of the characteristic development of higher vocational education is also formed: the innovation development should focus on the characteristic development, understand the predicament of the characteristic development, and stop the "seven inches" of the characteristic development.
