基于多元智能理论的企业职业培训课程设计策略研究

【摘要】:职业培训不仅是现代企业人力资源开发的重要职能之一,而且是企业提高员工职业素质和技能的重要途径。职业培训的有效性在很大程度上受制于课程设计。但是,目前在我国企业职业培训课程设计中,还普遍存在着课程目标不明确、课程内容与职工实际需求不匹配、课程教学方法单一、课程评价片面化等诸多弊端。因此,进一步推动和深化企业职业培训课程设计相关问题的研究,是事关我国人力资源开发和企业职业培训改革与发展的一个十分重要的课题。 由美国著名心理学家霍华德·加德纳(Howard Gardner)提出的多元智能理论,强调解决实际问题的能力和创造力的重要性;强调发挥人的特长,重视个别差异,发现并培养人的智能强项等主张,对于纠正和克服我国企业职业培训课程设计环节所存在的突出问题,具有重要的理论借鉴价值和实践指导意义。本文尝试以加德纳提出的多元智能理论为指导,具体应用了理论研究、比较研究、问卷调查等基本方法,对我国企业职业培训及课程设计的现状、存在的问题,以及在企业职业培训和课程设计环节,借鉴和应用多元智能理论的必要性和可行性等重要问题进行了研究。 本文以多元智能理论为指导,强调企业职业培训课程设计,在课程目标的制定、课程内容的选择与组织、课程实施及课程评价环节,应遵从以下基本策略:(1)课程目标的制定应充分重视企业及职工的实际需求;应体现职业岗位的需要;应突出培养职工解决问题的能力;应以职业岗位核心智能为主,并兼顾各智能的协调发展。(2)课程内容的选择和组织应根据职业岗位的需要,以适应和促进职工智能的发展为目的;应移植、调整普通学校和职业学校现有智能课程;应以职业岗位所需的某个智能为中心。(3)课程实施应创设促进多元智能发展的学习环境;应充分重视多元智能教师的培养;应采用多元化教学方法。(4)在评价主体、评价内容、评价方式三方面,课程评价都应遵从多元化评价的指导思想。 总之,本文以多元智能理论为视角,探讨了我国企业职业培训课程设计的理论和实践状况,并以这个新的视角对如何进一步促进和完善我国企业职业培训课程设计进行了初步的思考和探索。
[Abstract]:Vocational training is not only one of the important functions of human resource development in modern enterprises, but also an important way for enterprises to improve their professional quality and skills.The effectiveness of vocational training is largely constrained by curriculum design.However, at present, in the course design of our country's enterprise vocational training, there are still many drawbacks such as unclear curriculum objectives, mismatch between curriculum contents and staff's actual needs, single teaching method of curriculum, one-sided course evaluation and so on.Therefore, to further promote and deepen the research on the design of vocational training curriculum is a very important issue concerning the development of human resources and the reform and development of enterprise vocational training in our country.The theory of multiple intelligences, put forward by Howard Gardner, a famous psychologist in the United States, emphasizes the importance of the ability and creativity to solve practical problems, and stresses the importance of giving full play to one's strengths and attaching importance to individual differences.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to find out and train human intelligence to correct and overcome the outstanding problems existing in the course design of vocational training in our country.Under the guidance of Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences, this paper applies the basic methods of theoretical research, comparative study, questionnaire survey and so on, to the present situation and existing problems of vocational training and curriculum design in Chinese enterprises.The necessity and feasibility of using multiple intelligences theory for reference and application in vocational training and curriculum design of enterprises are also studied.Guided by the theory of multiple intelligences, this paper emphasizes the course design of enterprise vocational training, the establishment of curriculum objectives, the selection and organization of curriculum contents, the implementation of courses and the evaluation of courses.Should follow the following basic strategy: 1) the formulation of curriculum objectives should pay full attention to the actual needs of enterprises and staff and workers; should reflect the needs of professional posts; should highlight the training of workers' ability to solve problems; and should focus on the core intelligence of professional posts.Meanwhile, the selection and organization of curriculum contents should be based on the needs of professional posts, in order to adapt and promote the development of employees' intelligence, transplant and adjust the existing intelligent curriculum in ordinary schools and vocational schools.The implementation of the curriculum should focus on the intelligence needed by the professional post. It should create a learning environment to promote the development of multiple intelligences; it should pay full attention to the cultivation of the teachers of multiple intelligences; it should adopt a diversified teaching method.In three aspects, curriculum evaluation should follow the guiding ideology of diversified evaluation.In a word, from the perspective of multiple intelligences, this paper discusses the theory and practice of the curriculum design of enterprise vocational training in China.And from this new angle of view, how to further promote and improve the design of vocational training courses in our country is preliminarily considered and explored.
