阿勒泰畜牧兽医职业学校职业教育发展问题研究

【摘要】:新疆在西部大开发策略实施之后,面临着人才紧缺的困境,在这种情况下,国家和当地对于职业教育的发展日益重视。阿勒泰作为新疆畜牧产业发展的重要区域,其职业教育发展模式实施现状就成为众多职业教育部门及研究者关注的课题。本研究以阿勒泰畜牧兽医职业学校为样本,在分析职业教育发展现状的基础上,通过问卷调研,对阿勒泰畜牧兽医职业学校的职业教育发展现状进行分析,并深入访谈,从人才培养模式、教学模式、评价模式、办学模式四个方面对职业教育发展模式进行把握,在关注教师及企业需求之外,重点关注学生对于职业教育发展模式的认可度,通过数据分析,梳理出新疆阿勒泰畜牧兽医职业学校职业教育发展模式实施现状、存在的问题,根据当地实际和职业教育发展目标,提出职业教育发展模式的优化策略。经过分析,本研究主要得出以下结论:(1)阿勒泰畜牧兽医职业学校职业教育发展模式调研问卷信效度较高,可以作为科学化调研工具。职业教育发展模式由四个因素组成,分别为人才培养模式、教学模式、评价模式、办学模式。(2)阿勒泰畜牧兽医职业学校职业教育发展模式实施效果较好,群体满意度达到60.56%,其中非常满意的被试达到21.60%,比较满意的被试达到38.96%。(3)评价群体对于职业教育发展模式的不同因素认可度存在差异,被试对于阿勒泰畜牧兽医职业学校的人才培养模式的认可度较高,平均分值达到3.79,对于教学模式的认可度一般,对于评价模式和办学模式的认可度较低,平均分值在3分以下。(4)不同群体对职业教育发展模式的认可存在差异,在整体实施效果及实施情况、教学评价方面,教师的认同度最高,高于在校学生、企业代表和已毕业学生的分数;在人才培养模式、评价模式方面,教师与学生的认同度,显著高于企业代表与已毕业学生的认同度;在办学模式方面,企业和教师的得分显著高于在校学生的得分,同时,教师的得分也高于已毕业学生的得分。
[Abstract]:After the implementation of the strategy of developing the western region, Xinjiang is faced with the dilemma of talent shortage. In this case, the development of vocational education is paid more and more attention to by the country and the local government.Altay is an important area of livestock industry development in Xinjiang. The implementation of its vocational education development model has become the focus of attention of many vocational education departments and researchers.This study takes Altay Animal Husbandry Veterinary Vocational School as a sample, on the basis of analyzing the present situation of vocational education, through questionnaire investigation, analyzes the present situation of vocational education in Altay Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational School, and interviews deeply.From the four aspects of talent training mode, teaching mode, evaluation mode and school running mode, the development mode of vocational education should be grasped. Besides paying attention to the needs of teachers and enterprises, it should focus on the students' recognition of the development model of vocational education.Based on the data analysis, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the vocational education development model in Altay Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational School in Xinjiang. According to the local reality and the development goal of vocational education, the optimization strategy of the vocational education development model is put forward.Based on the analysis, the main conclusions are as follows: 1) the questionnaire of vocational education development model in Altay animal husbandry and veterinary vocational school has high reliability and validity, and can be used as a scientific research tool.The development model of vocational education is composed of four factors, namely, talent training model, teaching model, evaluation model, school running model.) the implementation of the development model of vocational education in Altay animal husbandry and veterinary vocational school is better.Group satisfaction reached 60.56, among which the most satisfied subjects reached 21.60 and the more satisfied subjects reached 38.96. 3) there were differences in the recognition of different factors to the development model of vocational education.The average score of the personnel training model of Altay Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational School was 3.79, the recognition of teaching mode was general, and that of evaluation model and school running mode was lower.The average score is below 3. 4) there are differences in the recognition of vocational education development model among different groups. In the whole implementation effect and the implementation situation, the teacher's recognition degree is the highest, which is higher than that of the students in the school.The scores of enterprise representatives and graduated students; in terms of talent training model and evaluation model, the degree of recognition between teachers and students is significantly higher than that of enterprise representatives and graduated students; in the aspect of running a school model, the degree of recognition of teachers and students is significantly higher than that of enterprise representatives and graduated students.The scores of enterprises and teachers are significantly higher than those of students, and the scores of teachers are higher than those of graduates.
