技能大赛推动高职中药学专业全方位实训基地的建设与实践

【摘要】：正随着教育部中药传统技能大赛、中国职业技术教育学会中药调剂员技能大赛等多种大赛赛项的举办,国内诸多学者对相关技能大赛在促进专业建设、课程改革、大赛培训等方面进行了探讨[1-3],对于技能大赛推进专业全方位实训基地建设的探索与实践未见报道。近年来,本校中药学教学团队致力于探索"岗位导向、德能并重、课赛融通"的人才培养模式,构建中药学专业全方位的校内外实训基地,将高职的精英教育普及到大众
[Abstract]:With the holding of the Ministry of Education traditional Chinese Medicine skills Competition, the Chinese Vocational and Technical Education Society of China traditional Chinese Medicine adjuster skill Competition and other competition events, many domestic scholars are promoting professional construction and curriculum reform to the relevant skills competition.This paper probes into the training of competition [1-3], but no report has been made on the exploration and practice of promoting the construction of all-round training base of major in skill contest.In recent years, the teaching team of traditional Chinese medicine in our school has devoted itself to exploring the talent training mode of "position orientation, equal emphasis on morality and ability, integration of courses", building a comprehensive training base for both inside and outside schools of Chinese medicine major, and popularizing the elite education of higher vocational education to the public.
