天津市北辰区中职教师职业压力的调查

【摘要】:中职教师是我国教师队伍的重要组成部分,因其工作对象和工作内容而有其鲜明的特殊性,因此,中职教师有着不同于普通教育教师的职业压力。适度的职业压力有助于中职教师的成长,但过高的职业压力不仅有害于中职教师的身心健康,更不利于中职生的身心发展和中职培养目标的全部实现。 本文结合国内外有关教师职业压力研究的成果,采用问卷调查的方法,辅之以访谈法,对天津市北辰区中职教师的职业压力状况进行了调查。结果显示:北辰区中职教师群体的职业压力感较大;位居压力源前三位的是,“学生素质差”“自己学校招生数量不稳定”和“福利待遇不高生活质量低”,且所有被试都感到压力很大;不同性别、教龄、学历、年龄、职称、岗位(班主任岗与非班主任岗,专业教师岗与文化教师岗)的中职教师均在某些维度上存在着压力的差异性。 根据调查结果,笔者从个人、学校、社会三方面提出了具有针对性的应对策略。从个人方面来讲,作为一名中职教师,要根据中职生的特点和中职校的培养目标,调整好心态,设定合理的期望值,并学会运用一些策略进行有效的自我心理调节;从学校方面来讲,要坚持“以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向”的办学理念,在建立健全管理制度的同时,加强中职教师的岗前、职后培训,增强其抵御压力的能力;从社会方面来讲,要切实提高中职教师的社会地位和工资待遇,为他们营造和谐健康的社会氛围。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational school teachers are an important part of the teaching team in our country. Because of their working objects and contents, secondary vocational teachers have their own distinctive particularities. Therefore, secondary vocational school teachers have different professional pressures from general education teachers.Moderate occupational pressure is conducive to the growth of secondary vocational teachers, but too high occupational pressure is not only harmful to the physical and mental health of secondary vocational teachers, but also to the physical and mental development of secondary vocational students and the realization of the goal of vocational training.Based on the research results of teachers' occupational stress at home and abroad, this paper makes an investigation on the vocational stress of secondary vocational teachers in Beichen District of Tianjin by means of questionnaire survey and interview.The results show that the teachers in Beichen District have a greater sense of occupational stress, and the top three sources of stress are "poor quality of students", "unstable number of enrollment in their own schools" and "low quality of life with low welfare benefits".And all the subjects felt the pressure; different gender, teaching age, educational background, age, professional title, post (head teacher post and non-head teacher post),Professional teacher post and culture teacher post) there are pressure differences in some dimensions.According to the results of the investigation, the author puts forward corresponding strategies from three aspects: individual, school and society.From the personal point of view, as a secondary vocational teacher, according to the characteristics of secondary vocational school students and the training goals of secondary vocational schools, adjust the mentality, set reasonable expectations, and learn to use some strategies for effective self-psychological adjustment;From the school aspect, we should adhere to the "service as the purpose, employment-oriented" school concept, in the establishment of a sound management system, to strengthen the pre-post and post-service training of secondary vocational school teachers, to enhance their ability to resist pressure;From the social point of view, it is necessary to improve the social status and salary of secondary vocational school teachers and create a harmonious and healthy social atmosphere for them.
