中职幼教专业学生德性培育研究

【摘要】:我们常说少年是早上八九点钟的太阳,,而幼儿则是明天的太阳。幼儿教育是最基础的教育。幼儿教师是令人尊敬的,从事幼教职业是光荣的。因为作为合格的幼儿教师,她的责任是艰巨而不可忽视的:第一,幼儿园不同于其它各级各类学校的一点是,学校只负责学生的教育问题,而幼儿园则除了教育之外还要照顾幼儿的生活,即保育。那么作为幼儿教师就要身兼保育和教育双重责任;第二,幼儿时期的特点如模仿能力强、心灵纯洁、性格塑造易受影响等,决定了幼儿教师对幼儿早期各种能力培养的重要性。因此,全面的、优良的专业素质,是幼儿教师所必备的。 中国现在处于急剧转型时期,转型时期存在的——道德秩序的混乱和缺失,带给整个社会生活很大的影响,同时也带给人民大众生活很大的影响。 我国有些幼儿园出现的教师缺乏爱心和道德素质低下所造成的恶劣社会影响以及对幼儿的身心创伤,要求对幼儿教师德性培育刻不容缓。 本论文立足于中职幼教专业学生的德性培育方面的研究,探索学生德性缺失的原因及其解决的方法,提高学生的道德水平素养,使其成为一名品德高尚的幼儿教师。这不仅对幼教专业学生良好个性品质的形成、未来幼儿教师职业道德水平的提高有着积极的作用,而且对新时期幼儿师范学校师德建设能够提供参考借鉴。 幼教是最基础的教育,如果期盼将来有高素质的人才,那么首先就要建设一支高素质的幼教队伍。所以我们要把中等职业学校幼教专业学生的德性培育作为一个重要问题提出来。
[Abstract]:We often say that teenagers are the sun at eight or nine o'clock in the morning, and young children are the sun tomorrow. Early childhood education is the most basic education. Early childhood teachers are respectable, and it is glorious to pursue the profession of early childhood education. Because as a qualified kindergarten teacher, her responsibility is arduous and cannot be ignored. First, kindergarten is different from other schools at all levels, one thing is that the school is only responsible for the education of its students. In addition to education, kindergarten also takes care of children's lives, that is, care. Second, the characteristics of early childhood, such as strong imitation ability, pure mind, personality shaping easy to be affected, determines the importance of early childhood teachers to develop various abilities. Therefore, comprehensive, excellent professional quality, is a must for preschool teachers. China is now in a period of rapid transformation. The chaos and lack of moral order in the period of transition has brought great influence to the whole social life, but also to the mass life of the people. The bad social influence caused by the lack of love and the low moral quality of teachers in some kindergartens in our country, as well as the physical and mental trauma to young children, require that it is urgent to cultivate the moral character of preschool teachers. This thesis is based on the research on the cultivation of moral character of the students majoring in preschool education in secondary vocational schools, and explores the causes of students' lack of virtue and the ways to solve it, so as to improve the students' moral quality and make them become a virtuous preschool teacher. This will not only play a positive role in the formation of good personality quality of students majoring in preschool education and the improvement of professional ethics of preschool teachers in the future, but also provide a reference for the construction of teachers' ethics in the new period. Preschool education is the most basic education, if we expect to have high-quality talents in the future, we must first build a high-quality preschool education team. Therefore, we should put forward the cultivation of morality of students majoring in preschool education in secondary vocational schools as an important issue.
