高职院校文化育人的理性思考与实践研究

【摘要】:《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》提出了建设社会主义文化强国的战略目标。所以,在文化大发展、大繁荣时期,加强高职院校文化建设,坚持育人为本的理念,不仅有利于促进高职教育内涵式发展,实现高职培养目标,而且有利于实现高职院校在文化传承创新中的担当,提升文化自觉、增强文化自信,实现文化自强。然而,由于目前高职院校的文化建设工作处于起步探索阶段,尚未形成较成熟的、系统的理论成果。可见,在现阶段对高职院校文化育人进行一定的理论探索与实践研究具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。 本论文按照“资料收集—资料整理—资料分析—理论探索—案例实地调查—对策研究”的思路进行研究。主要研究手段和方法包括:文献研究法、问卷调查法、个案调查法、访谈法等。本论文运用逻辑推理进行理论解释和理论推导,并利用实践探索,试图探究高职院校文化建设过程中的主要问题,努力构建高职院校文化育人的实现路径,有效推动高职院校文化育人理论探索和实践研究的进一步发展与完善。 本论文主要分为六个部分:第一部分主要是阐明选题背景,研究目的、内容与方法以及研究意义,综述前人的研究成果等。第二部分对文化、校园文化、高职院校文化相关概念进行界定,并运用文化模式理论、Z理论、人的全面发展理论作为理论支撑,为进一步研究高职院校文化育人提供理论依据。第三部分选取了三所样本学校发放调查问卷,阐述高职院校文化建设的现状和问题。第四部分选取一所高职院校对其文化育人成果进行个案研究,分析其文化育人成果、特色及目前还存在的问题。第五部分阐述高职院校文化育人的实现路径,从三个方面进行构建,即高职院校必须提升文化自觉,增强文化自信,实现文化自强;第六部分是本论文得出的主要结论及研究局限和展望。 本研究的最终目的是通过分析高职院校文化育人的现状和存在的问题,提出一条适合高职院校的文化育人之路,,从而为高职院校文化建设提供有益借鉴,提高高职人才培养质量,培养符合社会需求的高素质全面发展人才。
[Abstract]:The decision of the CPC Central Committee on deepening the reform of the cultural system and promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture puts forward the strategic goal of building a socialist cultural power. Therefore, in the period of great cultural development and prosperity, strengthening the cultural construction of higher vocational colleges and adhering to the concept of educating people is not only conducive to promoting the implicit development of higher vocational education, but also to achieving the goal of higher vocational education. Moreover, it is helpful to realize the responsibility of higher vocational colleges in cultural inheritance and innovation, to promote cultural consciousness, to strengthen cultural self-confidence and to realize cultural self-improvement. However, at present, the cultural construction of higher vocational colleges is in the initial stage of exploration, and has not yet formed a more mature, systematic theoretical results. It can be seen that at the present stage, it is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance to carry out certain theoretical and practical research on cultural education in higher vocational colleges. This thesis is based on the idea of "data collection-data collation-data analysis-theoretical exploration-case study-countermeasure study". The main research methods and methods include: literature research, questionnaire, case investigation, interview and so on. This paper uses logical reasoning to explain and deduce the theory, and tries to explore the main problems in the process of cultural construction in higher vocational colleges by practical exploration, and try to construct the way to achieve cultural education in higher vocational colleges. Effectively promote the further development and improvement of cultural education theory and practical research in higher vocational colleges. This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is to clarify the background of the topic, research purposes, content and methods and research significance, review the previous research results and so on. The second part defines the related concepts of culture, campus culture and higher vocational college culture, and uses the theory of cultural model and the theory of human's all-round development as the theoretical support to provide the theoretical basis for further research on cultural education in higher vocational colleges. The third part selected three sample schools to issue questionnaires to explain the current situation and problems of cultural construction in higher vocational colleges. The fourth part selects a higher vocational college to carry on the case study to its cultural education achievement, analyzes its cultural education achievement, the characteristic and the question which still exists at present. The fifth part expounds the realization path of cultural education in higher vocational colleges, and constructs it from three aspects, that is, higher vocational colleges must enhance cultural consciousness, strengthen cultural self-confidence and realize cultural self-improvement; The sixth part is the main conclusions, limitations and prospects of this paper. The ultimate purpose of this study is to analyze the present situation and existing problems of cultural education in higher vocational colleges, and put forward a path of cultural education suitable for higher vocational colleges, thus providing a useful reference for the cultural construction of higher vocational colleges. Improve the quality of higher vocational talent training, training high-quality and comprehensive development of talents in line with social needs.
