英国现代学徒制的深度剖析

【摘要】：英国政府已经把学徒制列为职业教育的核心,目标是成为青年人的主要选择。作为实施学徒制历史悠久且效果显著的大国,其涉及范围广泛、法律体系完善、结构层次科学、组织机构健全、成本分担合理、学徒项目框架、市(场)政(府)合一模式、雇主主导地位、注重能力导向等成功经验,值得我国认真剖析,科学吸收,以事半功倍地推动我国的职业教育及现代学徒制的开展。
[Abstract]:The government has placed apprenticeship at the heart of vocational education, with the aim of becoming a major choice for young people. As a large country with a long history and remarkable effect of apprenticeship system, it involves a wide range, perfect legal system, scientific structure, sound organization, reasonable cost sharing, apprenticeship program framework, city (field) government (government) model. The successful experience of employer's leading position and ability guidance is worthy of careful analysis and scientific absorption in order to promote the development of vocational education and modern apprenticeship system in our country with half the effort.
