影响高职教师专业发展活动的内外部动因研究

【摘要】:高职院校教师的专业发展水平决定着学校的教育教学质量,了解影响教师专业发展活动的内外部动因能为教育管理决策者提供有益的信息。本研究综合运用量化和质性的研究方法,从高职教师专业发展所涵盖的日常教学、科学研究、教学研究和职业发展活动四个维度探究支持或阻碍教师专业发展的内外部动因及其相关关系。结果表明,总体上,内在动机、自我效能感和价值判断等内部动因对教师在各类专业发展活动上的投入、参与度和成果产出的影响要强于外在动机、院系支持等外部动因,高职教师对教学活动的投入最大,对教科研和职业发展活动的投入有限,高职教师对研究活动的自我效能感较低,研究成果产出少。文章对院校的教师发展管理政策提出了相应的建议。
[Abstract]:The professional development level of teachers in higher vocational colleges determines the quality of education and teaching in schools. Understanding the internal and external factors that affect teachers' professional development activities can provide useful information for educational management decision makers. This research uses the quantitative and qualitative research methods synthetically, from the professional development of higher vocational teachers to cover the daily teaching, scientific research, The four dimensions of teaching research and career development activities explore the internal and external factors that support or hinder teachers' professional development and their correlation. The results show that, on the whole, internal motivation, self-efficacy and value judgment have more influence on teachers' input, participation and outcome than extrinsic motivation, and support from faculties and departments. The teachers in higher vocational colleges invest the most in teaching activities, but in scientific research and professional development activities. The teachers in higher vocational colleges have a low sense of self-efficacy in research activities and less research results. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the policy of teacher development and management in colleges and universities.
