【摘要】：高等职业技术院校是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分，其定位是既要培养具有扎实的专业技能的人才，也要为社会主义现代化建设事业输送一批具有完善的人格、良好的思想道德和行为习惯的合格建设者和接班人。随着计划生育政策的实行，独生子女家庭的比例越来越高。经调查辽宁省内高等职业技术院校的独生子女大学生约占60.13%。研究高等职业技术院校独生子女大学生的社会责任感教育问题具有十分重要的理论和现实意义，可以帮助他们成长，提高综合素质，促进全面发展，提高高等职业技术院校思想政治教育工作的实效性。高等职业技术院校独生子女大学生具有自我意识强和责任意识差、独立感和依赖性强、优越感和挫折感并存的特点，这些都严重影响独生子女大学生的社会责任感。伴随时代发展的需要、个人全面发展和完善的必然要求以及构建社会主义和谐社会的迫切需要，加强高等职业技术院校独生子女大学生的社会责任感教育有其必要性。通过对辽宁省内四所高等职业技术院校开展问卷调查和走访座谈，掌握独生子女大学生的社会责任感教育状况的第一手资料。高等职业技术院校独生子女大学生社会责任感的主流是健康向上的，但是也存在着社会责任感缺失的表现，主要原因是高等职业技术院校人才培养模式的实用性和功利性、部分独生子女大学生缺乏责任意识、社会环境中的不良因素对高等职业技术院校独生子女大学生的侵蚀和家庭对独生子女大学生社会责任感教育的忽视等。新时期，加强高等职业技术院校独生子女大学生的社会责任感教育，只有坚持立足学生自身，发挥学校、家庭和社会的合力，才能达到更好的教育效果。高等职业技术院校的人才培养上要贯彻职业教育与理想教育并行、技能教育与素质教育并重、岗位教育与感恩教育并存的理念，为其提供内在支撑。优化家庭、学校和社会的全方位育人环境，营造和谐的教育氛围。与此同时，高等职业技术院校独生子女大学生更应从自身角度加强社会责任感教育，如提升自我意识水平，完善感恩和公德意识；加强自我体验，开展社会实践锻炼，，明确角色定位；强调自我调控等。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational and technical colleges and universities are an important part of our higher education system. Their orientation is to train talents with solid professional skills and to provide a group of perfect personality for the cause of socialist modernization. The only child students in higher vocational and technical colleges in Liaoning province accounted for 60.13%. To improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in higher vocational and technical colleges. With the development of the times, it is necessary to strengthen the education of the sense of social responsibility of the one-child students in higher vocational and technical colleges, which is necessary for the overall development and perfection of the individual as well as the urgent need to build a harmonious socialist society. Through the questionnaire survey and interview in four vocational and technical colleges in Liaoning province, the author grasped the first-hand information of the education of the social responsibility of the only child students. The mainstream of the social responsibility of the one-child students in higher vocational and technical colleges is healthy and upward, but there is also a lack of social responsibility, which is mainly due to the practicability and utilitarianism of the talent training model in higher vocational and technical colleges. Some of the only-child students lack the sense of responsibility, the negative factors in the social environment erode the only-child students in higher vocational and technical colleges, and the family neglect the education of the one-child students' social responsibility. In the new period, to strengthen the education of the social responsibility of the one-child students in higher vocational and technical colleges, only by sticking to the students themselves, giving play to the joint forces of school, family and society, can we achieve a better educational effect. It is necessary to carry out the concept of concurrent vocational education and ideal education, equal emphasis on skill education and quality education, and coexistence of post education and Thanksgiving education in higher vocational and technical colleges. Optimize the family, school and social all-round education environment, create a harmonious educational atmosphere. At the same time, the only-child students in higher vocational and technical colleges should strengthen the education of social responsibility from their own perspective, such as raising the level of self-awareness, perfecting the sense of gratitude and public morality, strengthening self-experience, and carrying out social practice exercises.
