陶行知与凯兴斯泰纳职业教育思想比较研究

【摘要】:陶行知和凯兴斯泰纳都是职业教育届享有盛誉的大师级人物,他们丰富的职业教育思想在今天依然有很强的借鉴意义。他们对教育事业的坚持不懈精神,值得我们当今的广大教育工作者学习。陶行知和凯兴斯泰纳虽然生活在不同的国度,但他们都生活在19世纪后半叶和20世纪前半叶,,对职业教育的认识却有着许多的相似之处,然而由于文化传统等的差异,他们在职业教育方面的认识也有所不同。本文从职业教育思想方面对陶行知和凯兴斯泰纳进行介绍和比较,希望通过介绍和比较能够加深对两位教育家职业教育思想的认识,更好的用他们的理论来指导我们当今的教育事业发展。 本文主要从九个方面对这两位教育家的职业教育思想进行比较分析,这九个方面包括职业教育思想提出的前提、职业教育的平民化、理论与实践相结合、以人为本的价值取向、师资标准双师型、受杜威实用主义哲学思想影响、职业教育目的的着眼点、职业教育思想所含的学科领域、职业教育思想的影响范围。然后,从社会背景、文化传统、家庭与个人经历方面对这两位教育家的职业教育思想的不同点进行原因分析,以便加深对两位教育家职业教育思想的认识。
[Abstract]:Tao Xingzhi and Kexingsteiner are famous masters in vocational education. Their rich thoughts on vocational education are still of great significance today. Their perseverance in the cause of education is worth studying by our vast numbers of educators today. Although Tao Xingzhi and Kexingsteiner live in different countries, they both lived in the second half of the 19th century and in the first half of the 20th century. However, there are many similarities in their understanding of vocational education, but due to differences in cultural traditions and so on, Their understanding of vocational education is also different. This article introduces and compares Tao Xingzhi and Kexingsteiner from the aspect of vocational education thought, hoping that the introduction and comparison can deepen the understanding of the two educationalists' vocational education thought. Better use their theory to guide the development of our education today. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the vocational education thoughts of the two educationalists from nine aspects, including the premise of the vocational education thought, the popularization of vocational education, the combination of theory and practice, and the value orientation of people-oriented. The standard of teachers is influenced by Dewey's pragmatism philosophy, the aim of vocational education, the subject field of vocational education thought, and the influence range of vocational education thought. Then, from the aspects of social background, cultural tradition, family and personal experience, this paper analyzes the differences of the two educationalists' vocational education thoughts, in order to deepen the understanding of the two educationalists' vocational education thoughts.
