中国特色现代职业教育体系建设的逻辑与核心问题

【摘要】：职业教育体系是在工业化背景下产生的,现代职业教育体系则是在大工业、信息化和全球化浪潮中形成的,其背后的历史逻辑是职业教育与生产方式和社会经济发展维度密切相关性,而职业教育的美国CBE模式、德国FH模式和日本双元制串行模式等,均与其在世界经济链条中的角色地位相对应。中国正在由世界经济大国转向经济强国,在全球产业链和分工体系中由生产型转向创新与生产并重型;中国职业教育也必然由高等职业教育、应用型本科过渡到应用型大学体系,建立起中国特色现代职业教育体系。
[Abstract]:The vocational education system came into being under the background of industrialization, while the modern vocational education system was formed in the tide of big industry, information technology and globalization. The historical logic behind it is that vocational education is closely related to the production mode and the dimensions of social and economic development, while the American CBE model, the German FH model and the Japanese dual system serial mode of vocational education, etc. They all correspond to their role in the world economic chain. China is changing from a world economic power to an economic power, and in the global industrial chain and division of labor system, from production to innovation and production, and vocational education in China is bound to change from higher vocational education to higher vocational education. The system of applied undergraduate course is transformed into applied university, and the modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics is established.
