职业教育服务少数民族和民族地区精准扶贫精准脱贫研究——以黑龙江省为例

【摘要】：我国少数民族和民族地区经济社会发展普遍滞后,教育发展不均衡,劳动者素质整体上看仍然较低。大力推进职业教育扶贫,提升少数民族和民族地区贫困人口的文化素质和职业技能,增强脱贫致富能力,成为教育精准扶贫的一大方向和重要途径。本文揭示了黑龙江少数民族和民族地区职业教育现状、存在的问题,论述了职业教育服务少数民族和民族地区精准扶贫精准脱贫的促进作用,阐述了黑龙江民族职业学院专业独特的扶贫优势和职业教育服务黑龙江少数民族和民族地区精准扶贫精准脱贫对策与措施,为进一步开展职业教育服务黑龙江少数民族和民族地区精准扶贫精准脱贫工作奠定了基础与借鉴。
[Abstract]:The economic and social development of minority and minority areas in China is generally lagging behind, the development of education is not balanced, and the quality of laborers is still low on the whole. It is a major direction and an important way for education to help the poor and improve the cultural quality and vocational skills of the poor in ethnic minority and ethnic minority areas and enhance the ability to get rid of poverty and become rich. This paper reveals the present situation and existing problems of vocational education in Heilongjiang ethnic minority and minority areas, and discusses the promoting role of vocational education in serving ethnic minorities and ethnic areas to help the poor and eradicate poverty accurately. This paper expounds the special advantages of the specialty of Heilongjiang Vocational College for nationalities and the service of vocational education for the precision poverty alleviation in the minority and minority areas of Heilongjiang Province. It has laid a foundation and reference for further developing vocational education to serve the work of precision poverty alleviation and accurate poverty reduction in Heilongjiang minority and minority areas.
