中高职衔接教学调研与质量提升对策

【摘要】:杭州职业技术学院服装设计专业作为省中高职衔接试点专业经过前期的积极探索,第一批学生已经完成中职阶段3年的学习,经过选拔进入高职阶段,通过调研发现在中高职在教学管理的衔接上还存在一些问题,主要原因是教学质量管理制度和运行制度不完善,因此建议成立中高职发展管理机构对参与中高职衔接工作的各部门进行统筹管理,建立交流沟通机制、教师对接帮扶机制、资源共享机制和质量监控机制,完善升学选拔制度,确保人才培养质量。
[Abstract]:The clothing design major of Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College, as a pilot major of linking middle and middle vocational colleges, has been actively explored in the early stage. The first group of students have completed their study in the secondary vocational stage for three years, and have been selected to enter the higher vocational stage. Through the investigation, it is found that there are still some problems in the connection of teaching management in the middle and higher vocational schools, the main reason is that the teaching quality management system and the running system are not perfect. Therefore, it is suggested to set up the development management organization of middle and higher vocational education to manage all the departments participating in the work of linking up with the middle and higher vocational education, to establish the communication mechanism, to link up with the help mechanism of teachers, to share the resources and to monitor the quality, and to perfect the system of promotion and selection. To ensure the quality of personnel training.
