中职生公德意识养成中存在的问题及培养策略研究

【摘要】:社会公德教育是道德教育中的基础环节,社会公德意识是一个人道德素养的重要组成部分。中等职业教育肩负着为国家培养输送思想道德高尚、专业技术过硬、个人素质全面发展的高技能人才的重任。中等职业教育的对象——中职生正处于世界观、人生观、价值观走向成熟的重要时期,,亟需正确的教育和引导。中等职业学校加强对学生社会公德意识的培养,使他们养成良好行为习惯,建立起社会责任感和时代使命感,对于中职生个人的全面发展,校园的和谐稳定乃至整个和谐社会的构建,都具有非常重要的意义。社会公德意识培养是整个职业教育中一个重要的组成部分,应当引起全社会的高度关注。 当代中职生的社会公德意识整体是向上的,主流是积极、健康的,但是不能否认部分中职生身上存在着不同程度的公德意识缺失现象。本文主要采用了问卷调查法、观察法和访谈法,通过设置关于社会公德意识方面问题的问卷在中职生中发放,加上自己几年来一线德育教学和担任班主任工作过程中对学生的观察、了解以及对学生进行的个别访谈,比较全面的分析了当前中职生社会公德意识缺失的主要表现以及中职生在社会公德意识方面存在的一些典型共性问题,从社会教育、家庭教育、学校教育三个方面对造成中职生公德意识缺失的原因进行了较为深入的分析,并在此基础上结合几年来自己对中职生生理及心理特点的了解以及对公德意识培养的研究和思考,有针对性的从社会、家庭、学校三个方面对中职生公德意识养成的途径和方法进行了具体探讨,本文力求做到理论联系实际,从中职教育和中职生的具体情况出发提出一些建议,具有一定的可操作性。
[Abstract]:Social morality education is the basic link of moral education, and social morality consciousness is an important part of a person's moral accomplishment. Secondary vocational education is shouldering the important task of training and transporting high skilled personnel with high moral character, excellent professional technology and all-round development of personal quality for the country. The object of secondary vocational education-secondary vocational students are in an important period of world outlook, outlook on life and values, and need correct education and guidance. Secondary vocational schools should strengthen the cultivation of students' social morality consciousness, make them form good behavior habits, establish social responsibility and sense of mission of the times, and promote the all-round development of secondary vocational school students. The harmonious stability of the campus and even the construction of the whole harmonious society are of great significance. The cultivation of social morality is an important part of the whole vocational education and should be highly concerned by the whole society. The social moral consciousness of the contemporary secondary vocational students is upward, the mainstream is positive and healthy, but it can not be denied that some secondary vocational students have different degrees of lack of public moral consciousness. This paper mainly adopts questionnaire survey method, observation method and interview method, by setting up a questionnaire on social morality awareness in secondary vocational school students. In addition to the observation, understanding and individual interviews with the students in the course of their moral education teaching and working as a class teacher over the past few years, This paper comprehensively analyzes the main manifestations of the current lack of social moral consciousness of secondary vocational school students and some typical common problems existing in the social morality consciousness of secondary vocational school students, including social education, family education, social education, family education, family education, family education, family education, family education, family education, and so on. Three aspects of school education have carried on the comparatively thorough analysis to the cause which causes the secondary vocational school student to lack the public morals consciousness, and on this foundation unifies oneself to the secondary vocational school student physiology and the psychology characteristic in the past few years, as well as to the public morals consciousness cultivation research and the ponder. This paper probes into the ways and methods of cultivating the public morality consciousness of secondary vocational school students from three aspects: society, family and school. This paper tries to combine theory with practice. From the specific situation of secondary vocational education and secondary vocational students, some suggestions are put forward, which have certain maneuverability.
