高职学生道德学习问题分析及优化方案研究

【摘要】：高等职业教育与国家经济发展关系密切，国家经济的飞速发展必然要求职业教育不断总结、探索自身教育规律，真正实践以人为本，全面发展的教育原则，为社会输送具有较高道德素质的建设人才，为社会全面协调可持续发展推波助力。本文以改善高职学生道德学习为切入点，以提升高职学生的道德素质为目的，以探寻改进道德教育工作方法为落脚点进行了尝试性探索。本文首先对课题研究的现实必要性和可行性进行了分析，分析整理了国内外道德学习研究状况；对道德学习、高职学生道德学习等相关概念作了界定；分析了构成道德学习系统的结构要素，指出了高职学生、道德影响、传导者、媒介和环境五个要素构成高职学生道德学习系统，并进一步分析了构成这些要素的重点和要点。通过问卷调查、访谈、参考相关调查数据，并结合文献调查等，对影响高职学生道德学习的五大要素中的重点因素问题作了尽可能客观的分析，，梳理出高职学生道德学习各要素的现实问题。最后，结合高职学生的学习特点，针对高职学生道德学习问题，提出了优化改进高职学生道德学习的建议方案。分析指出：道德情感学习是道德学习的核心，以道德情感为核心改造道德学习的要素，优化学习方案。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is closely related to national economic development. The rapid development of national economy will inevitably require vocational education to be summed up constantly, to explore its own educational laws, and to truly practice the educational principle of people-oriented and all-round development. To transport the construction talents with high moral quality for the society, and to push forward the sustainable development of society in an all-round and coordinated way. In order to improve the moral learning of higher vocational students and to improve the moral quality of higher vocational students, this paper tries to explore the working methods of improving moral education. Firstly, this paper analyzes the practical necessity and feasibility of the research, analyzes and arranges the research status of moral learning at home and abroad, defines the related concepts such as moral learning, moral learning of higher vocational students, and so on. This paper analyzes on the structural elements of the moral learning system, points out that the five elements, namely, the students, the moral influence, the communicator, the media and the environment, constitute the moral learning system of the higher vocational students, and further analyzes the key points and the key points which constitute these elements. By means of questionnaire survey, interview, reference to relevant survey data, and combined with literature investigation, this paper makes an objective analysis of the key factors of the five key factors that affect the moral learning of vocational college students. Combing out the practical problems of various elements of moral learning for higher vocational students. Finally, according to the characteristics of higher vocational students' study, this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize and improve the students' moral learning. It is pointed out that moral emotional learning is the core of moral learning.
