现代学徒制背景下中等职业学校兼职教师队伍建设探析

【摘要】:现代学徒制是当今中等职业学校实施人才培养模式改革的热门话题,为提高学徒的教学质量,建设好兼职教师是改革的重要组成部分。针对兼职教师队伍建设中存在的问题,提出通过加强兼职教师队伍建设、多途径聘请兼职教师、建立科学的聘任机制、建立岗位培训制度、建立绩效激励机制、建立考核评价机制等途径,保障兼职教师队伍能满足现代学徒制人才培养改革的需求。
[Abstract]:The modern apprenticeship system is a hot topic in the reform of talent training mode in the secondary vocational schools. In order to improve the teaching quality of apprentices, the construction of part-time teachers is an important part of the reform. In view of the problems existing in the construction of part-time teachers, this paper puts forward that through strengthening the construction of part-time teachers, employing part-time teachers through many ways, establishing scientific employment mechanism, establishing post training system, and establishing performance incentive mechanism. The establishment of assessment and evaluation mechanism ensures that the contingent of part-time teachers can meet the needs of modern apprenticeship talent training and reform.
