中职学生思想道德教育存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】:在国家提倡大力发展职业教育的今天,中等职业教育已实现了历史性的重大突破,全国中等职业学校数量已达1.3万多所,中等职业学校在校生人数已达到2000多万人。中等职业学校学生是我国未成年人的重要组成部分,是我国未来产业大军的重要来源。他们的思想道德状况如何,直接关系到我国产业大军的整体素质,关系到祖国和民族的未来。但由于社会对中等职业教育还存有偏见,使其在发展过程中也出现了一些明显的问题,其中中等职业学校思想道德教育方面的问题,就是制约中等职业学校发展的重要因素之一。因此,要使中等职业教育事业健康发展,解决当前中等职业学校学生思想道德教育问题,就成了当务之急。目前,中等职业学校在思想道德教育方面存在观念落后、内容陈旧、方法老套、德育师资缺乏、贴近生活的德育活动欠缺等问题。笔者对河南10所中等职业学校学生的思想道德教育现状进行了调查,深入分析了中职学校学生思想道德教育存在的问题及其原因,提出加强和改进中等职业学校学生思想道德教育的对策。文章从结构上分为四部分:第一部分为绪论,简单介绍了文章的研究背景、意义、方法、思路及国内外研究现状。第二部分,对中等职业学校学生思想道德教育作了概述。第三部分,以河南的10所中职学校为主,对中职学生的思想道德状况进行问卷调查和个案访谈,找出其存在的问题并深入分析问题的成因。第四部分,就如何加强和改进中职学校学生思想道德教育,提出了具体的对策。
[Abstract]:Today, the state advocates vigorously developing vocational education, secondary vocational education has achieved a historic breakthrough, the number of secondary vocational schools has reached more than 13000, and the number of students in secondary vocational schools has reached more than 20 million. Secondary vocational school students are an important part of Chinese minors and an important source of our future industrial army. Their ideological and moral status is directly related to the overall quality of China's industrial army and the future of the motherland and the nation. However, due to the prejudice of society towards secondary vocational education, there are some obvious problems in the process of its development, including the problems of ideological and moral education in secondary vocational schools. It is one of the important factors restricting the development of secondary vocational schools. Therefore, it is urgent to make the secondary vocational education develop healthily and solve the problem of the students' ideological and moral education in the secondary vocational school. At present, there are some problems in the ideological and moral education in secondary vocational schools, such as backward ideas, outdated contents, old-fashioned methods, lack of teachers of moral education, lack of moral education activities close to life, and so on. The author investigates the present situation of students' ideological and moral education in 10 secondary vocational schools in Henan Province, and analyzes the problems and causes of the students' ideological and moral education in secondary vocational schools. The countermeasures to strengthen and improve the students' ideological and moral education in secondary vocational schools are put forward. The article is divided into four parts from the structure: the first part is the introduction, briefly introduces the research background, significance, method, train of thought and the domestic and foreign research present situation of the article. The second part, the secondary vocational school students' ideological and moral education is summarized. In the third part, taking 10 secondary vocational schools in Henan province as the main part, questionnaire survey and individual interview are carried out to find out the existing problems and analyze the causes of the problems. The fourth part, how to strengthen and improve the secondary vocational school students' ideological and moral education, put forward specific countermeasures.
