高职院校和谐师生关系建设研究

【摘要】:师生关系是高职院校教育教学活动中最基本的关系,也是最重要的关系,是高职院校其他关系的基础和保障,,对教学质量、学生成长、校园建设乃至社会建设都具有非常重要的影响。当今在教育研究领域,师生关系的研究备受到专家学者的重视和关注,但研究领域主要局限于中小学师生关系,对于高等职业教育师生关系的研究还为数甚少。因此,研究高职院校师生关系是一个非常重要的课题。 和谐是社会主义的本质属性。高等职业院校作为和谐社会建设和高等教育的重要组成部分,应体现社会主义高校和谐特征。教师和学生是高职教育教学活动的两个主要角色,其关系应该是平等、合作、理解和信任的。然而在现实中,高职院校的师生关系出现了一些不和谐的现象。因此,研究高职院校和谐师生关系具有重要的意义。 本文以山东经贸职业学院为例,对高职院校师生关系现状进行了调查、研究,根据实际数据分析了高职院校师生关系存在的问题及其原因,最后创新性的概括了建构和谐师生关系的基本途径。全文由导言和正文的三部分组成: 导言:解释说明本研究的一系列问题,即选题的目的和意义、国内外研究现状、研究思路与研究方法、本文的创新之处以及存在的困难与问题等几个方面。 第一部分,高职院校和谐师生关系的基本特征及建构意义。首先阐释了师生关系、高职院校师生关系、和谐师生关系的定义和内涵;其次概括了高职院校和谐师生关系的基本特征,包括民主平等、情感愉悦、尊重理解、互助合作和感恩持久五个方面;最后从四个方面浅谈建构高职院校和谐师生关系的重要意义。 第二部分,高职院校师生关系建构的现状。以笔者所在单位山东经贸职业学院为典型例子,对师生关系的现状通过编写问卷调查和学生教师访谈等方式了解掌握,并对调查结果进行统计与分析,由此得出高职师生关系存在的问题,如师生情感疏远淡漠、交往功利化、交流对话被动和矛盾多元化。然后,根据所存在的问题,本文从社会、学校、教师和学生四个方面探讨了师生关系存在问题的主要因素。 第三部分,提出建设高职院校和谐师生关系的基本途径。一是教育管理制度的改革,即树立以人为本的教育理念,健全科学的评价制度,制定师生和谐交往的相关要求,完善学校教师队伍建设的相关制度;二是营造和谐的校园文化环境,即营造自由民主平等的文化氛围,创设尊重包容的文化环境,开展丰富多彩的校园文化活动;三是拓宽师生交往的渠道,即开设第二课堂增强师生交流的频度和深度,倡导师生访谈式的辅助教学模式;四是教师自身素养的提高,即提高政治素质和职业道德,提高人格修养、塑造人格魅力,掌握与学生沟通的技巧;五是建构师生互尊互爱的交往机制;六是广泛运用现代通讯和网络工具加强师生交流,如移动电话、QQ、电子邮件、飞信和博客等方式。
[Abstract]:The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic relationship and the most important relationship in the teaching and teaching activities of higher vocational colleges. It is the basis and guarantee of the other relations in higher vocational colleges. It has a very important influence on the quality of teaching, the growth of students, the construction of campus and even the construction of the society. The research field is mainly limited to the relationship between teachers and students in primary and secondary schools, and the research on the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational education is very few. Therefore, it is a very important subject to study the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges.
Harmony is the essential attribute of socialism. As an important part of the construction of harmonious society and the important part of higher education, the higher vocational colleges should reflect the harmonious characteristics of the Socialist Colleges and universities. Teachers and students are the two main roles in the teaching activities of higher vocational education. Their relations should be equal, cooperative, understanding and trusted. However, in reality, Higher Vocational Colleges There are some discordant phenomena in the relationship between teachers and students. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges.
This paper, taking Shandong Vocational College of Economics and Business as an example, investigates the present situation of teacher-student relationship in higher vocational colleges. According to the actual data, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges. Finally, it summarizes the basic ways to construct the harmonious relationship between teachers and students. The whole article consists of the three parts of the introduction and the text:
Introduction: explain a series of problems in this study, that is, the purpose and significance of the topic, the present situation at home and abroad, the ideas and methods of research, the innovation of this paper, the difficulties and problems existing in this study.
The first part, the basic characteristics and construction significance of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges. First, it explains the relationship between teachers and students, the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges, the definition and connotation of harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Secondly, it summarizes the basic characteristics of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges, including democratic equality, emotional pleasure, respect for understanding, mutual assistance and cooperation and lasting gratitude. Five aspects; finally, from four aspects, the importance of constructing harmonious teacher-student relationship in higher vocational colleges is discussed.
The second part, the present situation of the construction of teacher-student relationship in higher vocational colleges. Taking the author's Shandong Vocational College of Economics and Business as a typical example, the present situation of the relationship between teachers and students is understood by writing questionnaires and interviews with students, and the results of the investigation are counted and analyzed, thus the problems of the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges are obtained, such as teachers. The main factors that exist in the relationship between teachers and students are discussed from four aspects of society, schools, teachers and students, according to the existing problems.
The third part is to put forward the basic ways to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges. One is the reform of the educational management system, that is, to set up a people-oriented educational concept, to improve the scientific evaluation system, to formulate the relevant requirements for the harmonious communication between teachers and students, to perfect the relevant system for the construction of school teachers, and to build a harmonious campus cultural environment, and two That is to create a cultural atmosphere of freedom, democracy and equality, create a cultural environment that respects the tolerance and carry out colorful campus cultural activities. Three is to broaden the communication channels between teachers and students, that is to open the second classroom to enhance the frequency and depth of the communication between teachers and students, and to promote the interview style of teachers and students, and the four is to improve their own quality, that is, to improve their own quality. Political quality and professional ethics, improve personality cultivation, mold personality charm, master the skills of communication with students; five is to construct the communication mechanism of mutual respect and mutual love between teachers and students; the six is to use modern communication and network tools to strengthen the communication between teachers and students, such as mobile phone, QQ, e-mail, flying letter and blog.
