高职院校职业道德教育的现状、问题及对策研究

【摘要】:职业道德是社会各个行业各个岗位具体工作对员工的内在条件要求,是体现一个员工综合职业能力的重要指标。特别是随着我国工业发展的智能化进程的加速以及企业技术的全面升级,对新型技术技能人才提出了更高的职业道德要求。高层次职业型人才不仅要具备丰富的专业理论性知识和熟练操作的职业技能,更必需拥有较高的职业道德。因此,为响应社会人才需求的新标准,高职院校势必要增强学校教学管理的各项功能,突显教育效果。培养适应社会行业岗位要求的高素质职业学生不但是高职院校培育人才的使命,也是促进高职院校教学管理途径的紧迫任务。本论文首先在绪论部分论述选题的背景和意义并进行了相关的文献综述,对研究思路及方法给予了简单说明,对研究所涉及的一些核心概念进行了必要的界定。然后在第二部分中首先以国内外关于职业道德教育领域的相关理论思想,包括道德认知理论、班杜拉观察学习理论、黄炎培职业道德教育理论思想为研究的理论基础,旨在体现职业道德教育的必要性。第三部分在统计分析对各高职院校专业教师、教学管理人员企业实训老师关于当前职业道德教育现状的调研访谈资料的基础上,结合各院校职业道德教育的实际情况,从不同视角进行条理分析。根据对上文原因的综合分析,第四部分着重从高职院校的层面,针对职业道德教育,给出一些对策建议,即在更新教学理念、改革课程设置、明确教育目标、完善评价机制、加大教育投入等多方面提出对策建议。希望这些对策建议能够在高职院校教学实践中得到进一步的验证和完善,同时,也希望能对将来更多学者的研究提供一些参考。
[Abstract]:Professional ethics is the internal requirement of the specific work of every position in the society, and it is also an important indicator to reflect the comprehensive professional ability of an employee. In particular, with the acceleration of the intelligent process of industrial development and the overall upgrading of enterprise technology, a higher professional ethics requirement has been put forward for the new type of skilled technical personnel. High level professional talents should not only have rich professional theory knowledge and skilled operation skills, but also have higher professional ethics. Therefore, in order to respond to the new standards of social talent demand, higher vocational colleges must strengthen the functions of school teaching management and highlight the educational effect. It is not only the mission of higher vocational colleges to cultivate talents, but also the urgent task to promote the ways of teaching management in higher vocational colleges. This paper first discusses the background and significance of the topic in the introduction part, and carries on the related literature review, gives the simple explanation to the research thought and the method, has carried on the necessary definition to some core concepts involved in the research. Then, in the second part, the theoretical foundation of the research is based on the related theories of professional ethics education at home and abroad, including the theory of moral cognition, the theory of observation and learning by Bandura, and the theory of professional ethics education of Huang Yanpei. The aim is to reflect the necessity of professional ethics education. The third part of the statistical analysis of professional teachers, teaching managers on the basis of the current situation of professional ethics education, combined with the actual situation of professional ethics education. Make a systematic analysis from different perspectives. According to the comprehensive analysis of the reasons above, the fourth part focuses on the level of higher vocational colleges, in view of professional ethics education, gives some countermeasures and suggestions, that is, to update the teaching concept, reform the curriculum, clarify the educational objectives, and improve the evaluation mechanism. To increase the investment in education and other aspects to put forward countermeasures. It is hoped that these countermeasures and suggestions can be further verified and perfected in the teaching practice of higher vocational colleges, and at the same time, it also hopes to provide some references for more scholars in the future.
