北京C职业学院行政人员职业倦怠问题研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国高等职业的迅速发展,政府和社会对之的期望越来越高,高职院校改革的力度不断加大,普遍出现了高职院校教师和行政人员职业倦怠现象。教师的职业倦怠现象己受到国家教育行政主管部门和各高职院校的重视,而高职院校行政管理人员的职业压力特别是工作倦怠问题还未引起足够重视。如何积极应对高职院校行政者的职业倦怠问题,有效调动高职院校行政人员的工作积极性,是目前高职院校发展过程中面临的重要的现实和亟待解决的问题。 本研究通过对北京C职业学院行政人员的职业倦怠现象的调查研究,剖析目前存在于北京C职业学院行政人员当中的职业倦怠问题,系统揭示出其职业倦怠表现背后存在的深层次原因,并在结合该学院实际情况的基础上,探讨出一些同样可适用于其他高职院校行政人员的职业倦怠应对措施和方案,例如,建立支持型的组织氛围、建立人性化的综合激励管理制度,从学校层面提出应对职业倦怠的制度措施;并积极引导行政人员对自身职业倦怠的认知和行为等方面加以调适,从个体层面对职业倦怠施加良性干预;同时,从优化行政人员的工作和生活环境入手,以改善其应对职业倦怠的客观环境。本研究希望引起教育领域乃至社会各界的广泛关注,为最终克服高职院校行政人员的职业倦怠问题提供启示。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of higher vocational education in our country, the expectation of government and society is higher and higher. The reform of higher vocational colleges has been intensified, and the phenomenon of professional burnout of teachers and administrators in higher vocational colleges has appeared. The phenomenon of teachers' job burnout has been paid more attention by the national education administrative departments and the higher vocational colleges, but the professional pressure of the administrators in higher vocational colleges, especially the problem of job burnout, has not been paid enough attention to. How to actively deal with the problem of job burnout of administrators in higher vocational colleges and how to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of administrative staff in higher vocational colleges is an important reality and an urgent problem to be solved in the process of the development of higher vocational colleges. Through the investigation and research on the phenomenon of job burnout among the administrative staff of Beijing C Vocational College, this study analyzes the problem of job burnout existing in the administrative staff of Beijing C Vocational College. The system reveals the deep reasons behind the performance of job burnout, and on the basis of the actual situation of the college, discusses some measures and solutions of job burnout that can also be applied to the administrative staff of other higher vocational colleges, such as, To establish a supportive organizational atmosphere, to establish a humanized comprehensive incentive management system, to put forward institutional measures to deal with job burnout from the school level, and to actively guide the administrative staff to adjust to their own knowledge and behavior of job burnout, etc. At the same time, we should optimize the working and living environment of administrative staff to improve their objective environment of coping with job burnout. The purpose of this study is to arouse widespread concern in the field of education and even in the community, and to provide enlightenment for overcoming the problem of job burnout of administrators in higher vocational colleges.
