德国职业能力开发研究

【摘要】:目前,我国在肯定既有的重视职教的基础上,明确提出加快发展现代化的职业教育,而职业教育的发展也离不开职业教育理论的指导,德国职业教育被成为二战后德国经济起飞的“秘密武器”,它不仅因双元制而举世闻名,并且对职业能力的概念解读和相关研究亦有独到之处,德国职业能力开发理论对西方近代职业教育发展起了重要的推动作用,值得我国学习和借鉴。本论文的目的是通过分析德国职业能力开发这一主流职业教育理论,为中国的职业教育改革提供一些新的视角。围绕这一主题,本论文以分析现实的情况需要为切入点,从其产生的思想渊源、基本内容、实现模式等方面来分析与阐述这一指导思想。 本论文共分为五部分。第一部分绪论从研究缘由、研究的理论与现实意义、文献综述、及其研究思路和研究方法几个方面开篇论述;第二部分从三个方面即浓厚的理性主义哲学、格式塔心理学和相应的教学论,分析德国职业能力开发的思想渊源;第三部分从其基本内涵、理论基础等方面阐述了这一基本内容;第四部分是从职业能力开发的教学模式和实现模式即德国“双元制”模式,两个方面论述德国职业能力开发的途径。第五部分小结是对德国职业能力开发做出简要的评价。
[Abstract]:At present, on the basis of affirming the existing emphasis on vocational education, our country has clearly proposed to speed up the development of modern vocational education, and the development of vocational education cannot be separated from the guidance of vocational education theory. Vocational education in Germany has become a "secret weapon" for the economic take-off after World War II. It is not only world-famous for its dual system, but also unique for its interpretation of the concept of vocational competence and related research. The theory of German vocational ability development plays an important role in the development of western modern vocational education, which is worthy of our country's study and reference. The purpose of this thesis is to provide a new perspective for China's vocational education reform by analyzing the mainstream vocational education theory of vocational ability development in Germany. Focusing on this theme, this paper analyzes and expounds this guiding ideology from the aspects of its ideological origin, basic content, realization mode and so on, taking the need of analyzing the actual situation as the starting point. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part of the introduction from the research reasons, the theoretical and practical significance of the study, literature review, as well as the research ideas and research methods, the second part from three aspects, that is, a strong philosophy of rationalism, Gestalt psychology and the corresponding teaching theory analyze the ideological origin of German vocational ability development the third part expounds this basic content from its basic connotation theoretical basis and so on. The fourth part discusses the approaches to the development of vocational competence in Germany from two aspects: the teaching mode and the realization mode of vocational competence development, that is, the "dual system" model in Germany. The fifth part is a brief evaluation of German professional ability development.
