【摘要】:职业道德广泛渗透于职业活动的各个方面,是人类社会生活中最普遍、最基本的道德规范之一,对各行各业的从业者具有引导和约束作用,同时保障着社会的持续、稳定、有序发展。在经济全球化和市场经济条件下,社会分工越来越细、职业活动领域越来越广,职业道德在经济社会发展中的作用越来越重要。但与此同时,职业道德领域的失范现象屡见不鲜,职业道德教育的现状和效果令人堪忧,严重影响着社会主义市场经济的健康发展和社会的和谐稳定。对当前中国职业道德教育进行系统研究,具有重要的理论意义和现实价值,作为一名求学者,我愿作此方面的尝试,以期抛砖引玉。 本文以马克思主义职业道德教育理论为指导,运用系统分析法、文献研究法、阶级分析法、理论与实践相结合的方法,在对当前中国职业道德教育的理论来源和现实状况进行系统梳理、深入分析的基础上,进一步对职业道德教育各相关要素包括职业道德教育的目标、内容、载体、环境、方法等进行了详尽剖析。全文包括导言和正文两大部分,其中正文共由六章组成。 导言部分主要阐明了研究的意义、相关概念的内涵、国内外研究现状及研究的主要内容和方法。 第一章,当前中国职业道德教育的理论来源和现状分析,在对职业道德教育的根本性、基础性理论来源——马克思主义及其中国化职业道德教育理论以及民族性、传承性理论来源——中华民族传统职业道德教育理论的优秀成果进行系统梳理的基础上,对当前中国职业道德教育的现状及其成因进行了全面而深入的分析,以期奠定当前中国职业道德教育研究的理论依据和现实依据。 第二章,当前中国职业道德教育的目标,主要包括当前中国职业道德教育目标确立的意义与依据、职业道德教育的基本目标、实施职业道德教育目标应坚持的主要原则等方面内容。 第三章,当前中国职业道德教育的内容,主要探讨了完善当前中国职业道德教育内容的必要性、构建职业道德教育内容的基本要求、职业道德教育的规范性内容等问题。 第四章,当前中国职业道德教育的载体,主要包括职业道德教育载体开发的重要价值、职业道德教育载体的本质特征、当前中国职业道德教育载体开发与利用的有效路径等方面内容。 第五章,当前中国职业道德教育的环境,主要包括当前中国职业道德教育环境优化的必要性和可能性、职业道德教育环境优化的有效路径两方面内容。 第六章,当前中国职业道德教育的方法,主要阐明了职业道德教育方法的基本特征、改善职业道德教育方法的重要性、职业道德教育方法继承与创新的有效路径,以及职业道德教育评估的必要性及有效路径等问题。
[Abstract]:Professional ethics is one of the most common and basic moral norms in human social life, which is widely permeated in all aspects of professional activities. It has the function of guiding and restricting the practitioners of various industries, and at the same time, it ensures the continuity and stability of the society. Orderly development. Under the conditions of economic globalization and market economy, the social division of labor is becoming more and more fine, the field of professional activity is becoming wider and wider, and the role of professional ethics in economic and social development is becoming more and more important. However, at the same time, the abnormal phenomenon in the field of professional ethics is common, and the present situation and effect of professional ethics education are worrying, which seriously affects the healthy development of socialist market economy and the harmony and stability of the society. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to carry on the systematic research on the current Chinese professional ethics education. As a scholar, I would like to try in this respect in order to offer some valuable ideas. Under the guidance of Marxist theory of professional ethics education, this paper applies the method of systematic analysis, literature research, class analysis, the combination of theory and practice. On the basis of a systematic analysis of the theoretical sources and practical conditions of the current professional ethics education in China, and on the basis of in-depth analysis, this paper further analyzes the relevant elements of professional ethics education, including the objectives, contents, carriers and environments of professional ethics education. The methods were analyzed in detail. The full text includes the introduction and the text two parts, in which the text altogether consists of six chapters. The introduction mainly expounds the significance of the research, the connotation of the related concepts, the current research situation at home and abroad, and the main contents and methods of the research. The first chapter, the theoretical source and current situation of China's professional ethics education, in the fundamental, basic theoretical source of professional ethics education-Marxism and its Chinese professional ethics education theory and nationality, On the basis of systematical analysis of the excellent achievements of the traditional Chinese professional ethics education theory, this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the current situation and causes of China's professional ethics education. In order to lay the current Chinese professional ethics education research theoretical basis and practical basis. The second chapter, the goal of the current Chinese professional ethics education, mainly includes the significance and the basis of the establishment of the current Chinese professional ethics education goal, the basic goal of the professional ethics education. The main principles that should be adhered to in the implementation of the goal of professional ethics education. The third chapter, the content of the current Chinese professional ethics education, mainly discusses the necessity of perfecting the current Chinese professional ethics education content, the basic requirements of constructing the professional ethics education content, the normative content of the professional ethics education and so on. The fourth chapter, the carrier of China's professional ethics education, mainly includes the important value of the development of the carrier of professional ethics education, the essential characteristics of the carrier of professional ethics education. The current Chinese professional ethics education carrier development and utilization effective path and so on aspect content. The fifth chapter, the current environment of China's professional ethics education, mainly includes the necessity and possibility of the current Chinese professional ethics education environment optimization, and the effective path of the professional ethics education environment optimization. Chapter six, the methods of Chinese professional ethics education at present, mainly expounds the basic characteristics of the methods of professional ethics education, the importance of improving the methods of professional ethics education, the effective ways of inheriting and innovating the methods of professional ethics education. And the necessity and effective way of evaluation of professional ethics education and so on.
