高职院校“订单式”人才培养模式的现状、问题与对策研究

【摘要】:随着中国经济的发展和产业结构的升级,社会对于高级技能型人才的需求变得非常旺盛,也对高等职业院校的办学水平提出了更高的要求。教育部早在2004年就提出高职院校应积极开展“订单式”人才培养,时至今日,“订单式”人才培养模式已经成为一种典型的校企合作教育模式。将企业中的“订单”概念引入职业教育领域,强调按照企业岗位的需求有针对性地培养人才,既满足了企业的用人需求,又解决了学生就业,同时,学校的办学水平也得到了提高。“订单式”人才培养模式是职业教育的一大创举。然而,这种育人模式在实际的运行当中,由于各个方面的原因,产生了一些问题和矛盾,经常达不到理想的效果。本文以武汉软件工程职业学院、山东商业职业技术学院和山东冶金技师学院这三所不同办学水平的高职院校作为个案,运用问卷、访谈等方法展开调查研究,从而了解“订单式”人才培养模式的运行现状、面临的问题,通过理性思考,提出对策。 本文由三个部分组成,共六章。第一部分是全文的基础,由第一、二章构成,第一章绪论主要说明了研究的背景、目的、对象和意义,并对以往的相关研究进行了综述,第二章阐述了研究的理论基础。第二部分是对于“订单式”人才培养模式现状与问题的描述,这部分体现在第三、四章中。第三部分是提出对策、得出结论,在第二部分对问题分析的基础上,就如何解决“订单式”人才培养模式中存在的问题、保证“订单式”人才培养模式长效运行的机制等提出对策和建议。本文的创新之处在于从个案研究入手,为“订单式”人才培养模式突破现实中的障碍提供了一整套思路。
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese economy and the upgrading of industrial structure, the social demand for advanced skilled personnel has become very strong, and higher requirements have been put forward for the level of running schools of higher vocational colleges. As early as 2004, the Ministry of Education put forward that higher vocational colleges should actively carry out the "order-type" talent training. Up to now, the "order-type" talent training model has become a typical mode of school-enterprise cooperation education. The concept of "order" in enterprises is introduced into the field of vocational education, which emphasizes the training of talents in accordance with the needs of enterprises, which not only meets the employment needs of enterprises, but also solves the employment of students, at the same time, The level of running schools has also been improved. The mode of training talents by order is a great innovation of vocational education. However, in the actual operation of this mode of education, due to various reasons, there are some problems and contradictions, often can not achieve the desired results. This paper takes Wuhan Software Engineering Vocational College, Shandong Vocational and Technical College of Commerce and Technology and Shandong Metallurgical technician College as a case study, using questionnaire, interview and other methods to carry out the investigation. In order to understand the "order" mode of personnel training operation status quo, facing problems, through rational thinking, put forward countermeasures. This paper consists of three parts, six chapters. The first part is the basis of the full text, which is composed of the first and second chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose, object and significance of the research, and summarizes the previous related studies. The second chapter describes the theoretical basis of the research. The second part is the description of the current situation and problems of the "order-type" talent training mode, which is reflected in the third and fourth chapters. The third part is to put forward the countermeasures, draw a conclusion, on the basis of the second part of the problem analysis, on how to solve the "order type" talent training model of the existing problems, Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to ensure the long-term operation mechanism of order-type personnel training mode. The innovation of this paper lies in the case study, which provides a set of ideas for the "order-type" talent training mode to break through the obstacles in reality.
