中职思想政治课隐性教育研究

【摘要】:在我国长久的思想政治教育过程中,,其采用的都是以显性教育为主的方式,而且较多的是采用“灌输”的方式来进行思想政治教育。不可否认,这种教育方式在一定的时期内确实起到了很大的作用,但是,随着社会的发展,尤其是改革开放以来,国外的思想意识、观点和形态等等各方面的因素大量的涌入我国,在这种极其复杂的社会环境下,影响学生的因素也变的极其多元化,仅仅依靠单纯的“灌输”的思想政治教育方式,已显得单薄和苍白。中职学生更是如此,面对他们不成熟的思想和心态,必须注意运用除此之外的多种因素对学生施加德育影响。为了提高我国学生整体的德育效果的实效性,促使学生形成符合社会发展要求的思想观念、政治观点和道德规范,就需要涉及到隐性教育问题。由西方学者提出来的,并经过在西方国家不断的发展和完善的隐性教育,最后得以实施取得了很大成效。这对我国开展隐性式思想政治教育具有一定的重要借鉴意义。 隐性教育是教育者针对学生并按照一定社会的德育目的和要求,结合学生自身特征特点,有效并有意识地利用学校存在的各种教育内容或要素,通过非特定和无意识的心理反应从而获得道德意志及情感等方面的经验教育方式。在任何院校中,如何正确、有效地对学生进行思想政治教育,这是世界许多国家的教育工作者都在思考的一个问题。 本论文共分为四部分: 第一部分:从理论层面上论述了隐性教育的内涵与特征,并对“中职思想政治课隐性教育”的概念进行了界定。 第二部分:从现实意义出发,分别从“提高中职校园教育的实效性、拓宽了中职校园德育教育的路径和实现学生素质发展的需要”三个方面,进行阐述构建中职校园隐性教育的必要性。 第三部分:从社会、家庭和学校三个方面,阐述了现阶段中职校园推行思想政治课隐性教育面临的困境及原因分析。 第四部分:根据第三部分进行的中职校园推行的思想政治课隐性教育面临的困境和原因分析,进行相应的推行中职思想政治课隐性教育的有效途径的阐述。
[Abstract]:In the long process of ideological and political education in our country, all of them adopt the dominant way of education, and most of them adopt the way of "indoctrination" to carry out ideological and political education. Undeniably, this kind of education has really played a very important role in a certain period of time. However, with the development of society, especially since the reform and opening up, the ideology of foreign countries, In this extremely complex social environment, the factors affecting students have also become extremely diverse, relying only on the simple "indoctrination" of ideological and political education. It was thin and pale. In the face of their immature thoughts and mentality, we must pay attention to the use of other factors to exert moral influence on students. In order to improve the effectiveness of the moral education of our students as a whole and to promote the students to form ideological concepts, political viewpoints and moral norms that meet the requirements of social development, it is necessary to involve hidden education issues. Put forward by western scholars, and through the continuous development and perfect recessive education in western countries, it has achieved great results. This has a certain significance for our country to carry out recessive ideological and political education. Implicit education is an effective and conscious use of all kinds of educational contents or elements that exist in schools according to the purpose and requirements of moral education of the students and the characteristics of the students. Through the non-specific and unconscious psychological reaction to obtain moral will and emotional experience education. In any university, how to carry on the ideological and political education to the students correctly and effectively is a problem that many educators in many countries all over the world are thinking about. This thesis is divided into four parts: The first part discusses the connotation and characteristics of recessive education from the theoretical level, and defines the concept of "recessive education of ideological and political course in secondary vocational school". The second part: from the point of view of the practical significance, the thesis starts from three aspects: improving the actual effect of the secondary vocational school campus education, widening the path of the secondary vocational school campus moral education and realizing the needs of the students' quality development. This paper expounds the necessity of constructing the recessive education in secondary vocational schools. The third part: from the social, family and school three aspects, elaborated the present secondary vocational school campus to carry out the ideological and political lesson recessive education to face the difficult position and the reason analysis. The fourth part: according to the analysis of the difficulties and reasons of the recessive education of ideological and political lesson carried out in the third part of the secondary vocational school, the effective ways of carrying out the recessive education of the ideological and political course of the secondary vocational school are expounded.
