高职实用写作的有效教学研究

【摘要】:高职院校开设的实用写作课对于提升学生的人文素养和职业能力发挥着不可忽视的作用,同时,高职实用写作课堂的有效性教学也是深化课程改革和提升高职教学质量的关键。基于高职院校实用写作课的重要性和教学中普遍存在的低效和无效问题,本文从具体的教学实际和案例出发,通过分析影响高职实用写作有效教学的因素,提出提升高职实用写作有效教学的应对策略。 本文将通过数据分析和调查研究的方式展开具体的研究。论文主要由三部分组成: 第一章是高职实用写作教学现状。首先根据与老师、学生进行课程座谈和问卷调查的结果对目前的高职实用写作教学情况做一个综述,以期全面、客观地呈现高职实用写作教学的现状。其次,针对现状中暴露的问题从教师、学生、教材和教学环境等方面展开研究,并通过分析造成高职实用写作低效教学的原因为下一步的提出对策做好铺垫。 第二章是高职实用写作有效教学研究的目的与意义。首先,结合国内外关于有效教学的研究成果提出对有效教学的看法,即教学要做到有效果、有效益、有效率;其次,着重分析有效教学对于高职实用写作的意义,文章从顺应教育改革发展形势、促进高职学生个性发展、完善高职写作教学体系三个维度展开论述,期望引起各界对于高职实用写作有效教学的重视。 第三章是高职实用写作有效教学应对策略。这一章是全文的重点,主要围绕着影响高职实用写作有效教学的因素提出相应的解决策略。文章从教学对象、课堂设计、教师素养和教学体制四个方面提出了应对策略:第一,关注教学对象是基础,本节从学生的需求和教育的目的出发,提出能够充分发挥学生主体作用的相应策略;第二,搞好课堂设计是关键,为了提高课堂效率,教师需要从创设有效教学情境、建构有效交流平台、组织有效教学体验和发挥课程资源优势四个方面着手组织课堂;第三,提高教师素养是根本,这一节提出了教师要转变课堂教学观念,加强教学反思,学校要组织教学培训和交流这三种办法;第四,完善教学体制是保障,本节从创新评价机制、优化教材建设和改善教学条件三个方面提出相应的对策。 总之,高职实用写作的有效教学研究不仅有利于完善高职实用写作的教学理论,它对于推动高职院校的教学改革也具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:The practical writing course offered in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in enhancing students' humanistic literacy and professional ability. At the same time, the effective teaching of practical writing classroom in higher vocational colleges is the key to deepening the curriculum reform and improving the teaching quality of higher vocational education. Based on the importance of practical writing course in higher vocational colleges and the problems of inefficiency and ineffectiveness in teaching, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the effective teaching of practical writing in higher vocational colleges from the specific teaching practice and cases. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the effective teaching of practical writing in higher vocational colleges. This article will carry on the concrete research through the data analysis and the investigation research way. The thesis consists of three parts: The first chapter is the present situation of practical writing teaching in higher vocational colleges. First of all, according to the results of course discussion and questionnaire survey with teachers and students, this paper summarizes the current teaching situation of practical writing in higher vocational colleges in order to present the present situation of practical writing teaching in higher vocational colleges comprehensively and objectively. Secondly, the problems exposed in the current situation from teachers, students, teaching materials and teaching environment, and through the analysis of the causes of practical writing inefficient teaching for the next step to lay the groundwork for the next step. The second chapter is the purpose and significance of effective teaching of practical writing in higher vocational colleges. First of all, combined with the research results of effective teaching at home and abroad, the author puts forward the views on effective teaching, that is, teaching should be effective, effective and efficient; secondly, the significance of effective teaching for practical writing in higher vocational education is analyzed emphatically. This paper discusses the three dimensions of adapting to the development situation of education reform, promoting the development of students' personality and perfecting the teaching system of writing in higher vocational colleges, in the hope that all walks of life will attach importance to the effective teaching of practical writing in higher vocational colleges. The third chapter is the effective teaching strategies of practical writing in higher vocational colleges. This chapter is the focus of the full text, mainly around the factors that affect the effective teaching of practical writing in higher vocational education. This article puts forward the countermeasures from four aspects: first, paying attention to the teaching object is the foundation, this section starts from the students' needs and the purpose of education, and puts forward the countermeasures from the aspects of teaching object, classroom design, teacher's accomplishment and teaching system: first, paying attention to the teaching object is the foundation. In order to improve classroom efficiency, teachers should create effective teaching situation and construct effective communication platform. Organizing effective teaching experience and giving full play to the advantages of curriculum resources to organize classroom; third, improving teachers' literacy is fundamental. This section proposes that teachers should change their teaching concepts and strengthen teaching reflection. The school should organize the teaching training and exchange these three methods; fourth, perfect the teaching system is the guarantee, this section puts forward the corresponding countermeasure from three aspects: innovating the evaluation mechanism, optimizing the construction of the teaching material and improving the teaching condition. In a word, the effective teaching research of practical writing in higher vocational colleges is not only conducive to perfecting the teaching theory of practical writing in higher vocational colleges, but also of great significance to promoting the teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.
