校企合作模式下高职学生职业关键能力培养的研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的飞速发展,社会生活的“流动性态势”越来越强。这不仅要求劳动者具有完成独立任务的专业能力,更要具备能够完成某一专业群里必备的能力乃至适应不同专业群转换的能力。因此,劳动者不仅要具备从事本职工作的专业技能,还要具备通用的、可迁移的能力,能够对工作中出现的新问题做出调适和随机应变,并迅速适应变化万千的社会环境。而这种职业关键能力绝不可能自动地产生于已获得的知识,而是在批判地探索、解决和转化问题的过程中产生的结果,它需要得到相应的、有目的的培养。目前,我国高职院校学生职业能力培养却极少关注这一社会发展的需要,更多的是对学生进行某一具体职位或某一工作环节的技能培训,忽视了学生职业关键能力的养成。在这种情况下,如果未来某种具体岗位或职业发生转变甚至被淘汰时,学生的职业生存将面临考验。本文试图通过分析校企合作模式下高职学生职业关键能力的培养,介绍其存在的必要性及可行性,为我国高职教学改革提供相应的理论、实践依据。论文共分五章:第一章为绪论,从研究缘起、研究意义;核心概念阐释;国内外文献综述;校企合作的理论基础及研究思路、研究方法五个方面对研究内容有一个大致的介绍,说明本研究的必要性和方向。第二章首先介绍了德国和我国职业关键能力培养的现状,德国主要采取将教学方法、教学组织、教师角色的转变、产教深度融合结合起来,对学生进行职业关键能力的培养,而我国现阶段则多采用的是专创结合的方法对学生职业关键能力的某一块进行培养。在介绍我国培养现状的基础上,指出我国高职教育关键能力培养存在的问题,并从高职院校对企业的用人诉求没有全面深刻的解读,传统的应试教育带来的负面影响,教学方式方法落后,现行的评价体系限制了职业关键能力的评估和引领四方面对产生这些问题的原因进行深入地分析。第三章为本研究的案例分析,主要分为三部分,第一部分剖析了教育企业研发职业关键能力课程体系的必然性及校企合作的必要性,第二部分通过介绍广西教育学院与广西职业技术学院与教育企业联合培养学生职业关键能力的过程,论证现阶段校企合作是培养学生职业关键能力的必要举措;第三部分则简要描述了校企合作培养学生职业关键能力所取得的阶段性成效。第四章是在第三章的基础上,指出在职业关键能力培养过程中存在的问题:学生未能真正参与职业关键能力的培养中,教师观念转变缓慢,高职院校自身硬件条件的限制,考核实施存在问题及企业参与度较低,并从学生自身观念意识薄弱;教师认识不到位,缺乏沟通机制;评价考核难以量化和企业与高职院校缺乏紧密合作四方面进行原因分析。第五章是在前四章的基础上,在系统合作论、职业教育理论及人力资本理论的指导下,根据我国校企合作培养职业关键能力的现行状况,提出充分发挥“政学行企”的协同联动作用:政府要统筹协调,发挥主导作用;高职院校认真落实,发挥主体作用;企业积极参与,发挥主体作用;行业组织要发挥桥梁纽带的作用。从四个方面提出完善校企合作模式下高职学生职业关键能力培养的对策,在实践中不断探索完善创新高职教育的人才培养模式,实现我国高职教育的“内涵式发展”。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the social economy, the "liquidity situation" of social life is becoming stronger and stronger. It not only requires the workers to have the professional ability to complete the independent task, but also the ability to complete the necessary ability in a certain professional group and to adapt to the conversion of different professional groups. Professional skills, as well as versatile, transferable capabilities, can adapt and adapt to new problems in work, and quickly adapt to a changing social environment. The key ability of this profession can never automatically be born of acquired knowledge, but in the process of critically exploring, solving and transforming the problem. At present, the vocational ability training of the students in higher vocational colleges is very little concerned with the needs of this social development, and more is the skill training for the students in a specific position or a certain work link, and neglects the cultivation of the key abilities of the students. In this case, if In the future, when some specific posts or professions change or even be eliminated, the students' career survival will be tested. This paper tries to introduce the necessity and feasibility of their existence by analyzing the training of the vocational key abilities of Higher Vocational Students under the model of school enterprise cooperation, and provides the corresponding theory and practice basis for the reform of Higher Vocational Education in China. It is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, from the origin of the research, the significance of the research, the interpretation of the core concept, the literature review at home and abroad, the theoretical basis and the research ideas of the school enterprise cooperation, and the five aspects of the research method, which illustrates the necessity and the direction of this study. The second chapter introduces the professional key ability of Germany and our country. In the current situation of force training, Germany mainly adopts the teaching method, teaching organization, the change of the role of teachers, the integration of the depth of production and education, and the cultivation of the key abilities of the students. At the present stage, our country adopts a method of combination to cultivate a certain part of the key energy of the students' profession. On the basis of this, it points out the problems existing in the cultivation of the key ability of Higher Vocational Education in our country, and has not a comprehensive and profound interpretation of the demands of the employers in higher vocational colleges, the negative influence brought by the traditional examination oriented education, the backward teaching methods and methods, the current evaluation system limits the assessment of the key abilities of the profession and leads the four sides to face these problems. The third chapter is the case analysis of this study, which is divided into three parts. The first part analyses the necessity of the curriculum system of the key ability of the research and development of the educational enterprise and the necessity of the cooperation between school and enterprise. The second part introduces the joint cultivation of the Guangxi Institute of education with the Guangxi Vocational and Technical College and the education enterprise. The process of cultivating the key ability of the students' profession proves that the school enterprise cooperation is a necessary measure to cultivate the key ability of the students' career at the present stage. The third part briefly describes the stage effect achieved by the cooperation between school and enterprise to train the key abilities of the students. The fourth chapter is on the basis of the third chapter, and points out that there exist in the process of training the key abilities of the profession. Problems: students are not really involved in the training of the key abilities of the profession, the change of teachers' concept is slow, the hardware conditions of the higher vocational colleges are limited, the examination and implementation are problems and the degree of enterprise participation is low, and the students' awareness of their own ideas is weak; the teachers' understanding is not in place, the lack of communication mechanism is lacking; the evaluation and assessment are difficult to quantify and the enterprises and higher vocational colleges are difficult to quantify. The fifth chapter, on the basis of the first four chapters, is on the basis of the first four chapters. Under the guidance of the system cooperation theory, the vocational education theory and the human capital theory, according to the current situation of the training of the key abilities of the profession by the cooperation between school and enterprise in our country, the cooperative action of "political science and enterprise" is put forward to give full play to the role of the government as a whole. Coordination, play the leading role; higher vocational colleges conscientiously implement, play the main role; enterprises actively participate in, play the main role; industry organizations to play the role of bridge ties. From four aspects to improve the school enterprise cooperation mode under the model of Higher Vocational Students' key ability training, in practice and continue to explore and improve the innovation of higher vocational education. Only by training mode can we achieve "connotative development" of Higher Vocational Education in China.
