高等院校职业生涯教育模式研究

【摘要】：起源于20世纪初期职业指导理论的职业生涯教育，如今在西方发达国家已经发展较为成熟。在我国，职业生涯教育尚处于探索阶段，大部分高校仍停留在传统的就业指导层面。职业生涯教育关注个体的职业生涯可持续发展和终身发展，，指在职业生涯发展相关理论基础上，依据教育内外部规律，有目的、有计划、有组织地引导个体正确认识自我与职业环境，培养与提高个体职业生涯规划的意识与技能，提升职业素养，以促进个体职业生涯教育内化及职业生涯可持续发展为最终目的的综合性教育活动。高等院校职业生涯教育的开展对于大学生个体、高校及社会都发挥着举足轻重的作用。本文在已有研究的基础上，运用教育学、心理学等学科知识及文献研究法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法，紧紧围绕“高等院校职业生涯教育模式”这一中心展开论述。在综述国内外职业生涯教育研究现状并对职业生涯教育及其相关概念进行界定的基础上，从我国高校职业生涯教育的现状出发，通过对样本高校在校大学生展开问卷调查及对就业指导中心专职工作人员和学院负责就业方面的工作人员进行个别访谈，进而分析我国高校职业生涯教育的问题及其成因，提出高校职业生涯教育可持续模式，并且全面论述该模式的实施。本研究在前人研究成果的基础上，从教育学角度出发，关注受教育者主体地位，注重促进大学生职业生涯可持续发展，创新性地提出高校职业生涯教育可持续模式。该模式是以学生为主体，以学业导师为主导，通过递进教育、适时介入、全程服务，促进大学生职业生涯教育内化的模式。在职业生涯教育过程中，秉承可持续模式理念，递进教育、适时介入、全面服务职业生涯教育，以增强大学生职业生涯教育内化的科学性、确保大学生职业生涯教育内化的落实及为大学生职业生涯教育内化提供支持。本研究不仅丰富了职业生涯教育的理论研究，而且对于高校开展职业生涯教育以促进大学生职业生涯可持续发展方面具有一定的实践指导作用。
[Abstract]:Career education, which originated from the theory of career guidance in the early 20 ~ (th) century, has been developed in western developed countries. In China, career education is still in the exploratory stage, and most colleges and universities still stay in the traditional employment guidance level. Career education pays close attention to the sustainable development of individual career and lifelong development, which means that, on the basis of relevant theories of career development, according to the internal and external laws of education, career education is purposeful and planned. To guide individuals to correctly understand themselves and their professional environment, to cultivate and improve their awareness and skills of career planning, and to enhance their professional literacy. Comprehensive educational activities aimed at promoting the internalization of individual career education and the sustainable development of career. The development of career education in colleges and universities plays an important role in individual students, colleges and society. On the basis of the existing research, this paper focuses on the center of "career education mode in colleges and universities" by using the methods of pedagogy, psychology and other subjects knowledge and literature research, questionnaire survey, interview and so on. On the basis of summarizing the present research situation of career education at home and abroad and defining the professional career education and its related concepts, this paper starts from the status quo of career education in colleges and universities in China. Through the questionnaire survey to the sample college students and the individual interview with the full-time staff of the employment guidance center and the staff in charge of the employment in the college, the paper analyzes the problems and causes of the career education in our country's colleges and universities. The sustainable mode of career education in colleges and universities is put forward, and the implementation of this model is discussed comprehensively. On the basis of the previous research results, this study focuses on the subject status of the educatee from the perspective of pedagogy, pays attention to promoting the sustainable development of college students' career, and puts forward the sustainable mode of college career education innovatively. This model is based on the students as the main body, the academic tutor as the leading, through progressive education, timely intervention, the whole process of service, to promote the internalization of college students' career education. In the process of career education, adhering to the concept of sustainable mode, progressive education, timely intervention, comprehensive service career education, in order to enhance the scientific nature of college students' career education internalization. To ensure the internalization of college students' career education and to provide support for the internalization of college students' career education. This study not only enriches the theoretical research of career education, but also plays a practical role in promoting the sustainable development of college students' career by carrying out career education in colleges and universities.
