职业教育校企合作有效性研究探析

【摘要】:正潘建华、宋芬在《黑龙江高教研究》2015年第9期中撰文,阐述了职业教育校企合作有效性及其标准,分析了影响职业教育校企合作有效性的原因,总结了以德国案例为职业教育校企合作有效性的国际经验,提出了在劳动力短缺背景下提高职业教育校企合作有效性的对策建议。首先,作者认为校企合作中的有效性是指,职业学校的学生经过一段时间的校企合作之后在工作场所中、在实际技能操作方面所获得的进步达到甚至高于预期的目标,能够做到理论联系实际,促进学生技能进步使学生的整体素质得到更好的发
[Abstract]:Zheng Pan Jianhua, Song Fen, writing in the 9th term of Heilongjiang higher Education Research in 2015, expounds the effectiveness and standards of the cooperation between vocational education schools and enterprises, and analyzes the reasons that affect the effectiveness of vocational education schools and enterprises cooperation. This paper summarizes the international experience on the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education based on the German case, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education under the background of labor shortage. First of all, the author believes that the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation means that students in vocational schools have achieved even higher than expected goals in practical skills operation in the workplace after a period of school-enterprise cooperation. Be able to combine theory with practice and promote students' technical progress so that students' overall quality can be better developed.
