高职院校思想政治理论课教学的问题及改革对策

【摘要】:高职院校思想政治理论课教学是对大学生系统地进行人生观、世界观、价值观和爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义教育的主渠道,在把一代代大学生培养成为德才兼备的社会主义建设者和接班人方面起着不可替代的重要作用。尽管从2005年中宣部、教育部《关于进一步加强和改进高等学校思想政治理论课的意见》实施以来,,高职院校思想政治理论课教学认真贯彻落实中央“16号文件”精神,教学状况发生了可喜变化,但也存在一些问题,因此,如何改进思想政治理论课教学,提高针对性和实效性,更好地完成这门课程的教学任务,值得深入研究和探讨。论文通过全面深入的调查和研究,采用文献研究、调查研究、访谈法、实证分析等方法对高职院校思想政治理论课教学存在的问题、原因、改革对策进行了深入研究。高职院校思想政治理论课教学尽管在开展教师培训、教研活动和进行课程改革、注重实践环节等方面所取得的成绩,但也存在着对思想政治理论课教学的重要性认识不够、教师素质有缺陷、学生学习态度产生偏差等问题,导致这些问题的原因主要包括:社会价值观念差异导致价值取向误判、对思想政治理论课教学的目标定位认识不足、教师素质缺陷影响学生学习、素质差异和功利心态影响学生学习积极性。要解决这些问题,必须采取如下对策:提高对思想政治理论课教学重要性的认识、优化教学内容体系、采用适合高职学生特点的多样化的教学方法、提升师资队伍素质。
[Abstract]:The teaching of ideological and political theory in higher vocational colleges is the main channel for systematically carrying out the education of life, world outlook, values and patriotism, collectivism and socialism for college students. It plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating generations of college students as socialist builders and successors. Although since the implementation of the Central propaganda Department and the Ministry of Education on further strengthening and improving the ideological and political Theory course in higher Vocational Colleges in 2005, the teaching of ideological and political Theory course in higher vocational colleges has seriously implemented the spirit of the Central Committee's "document No. 16". There have been gratifying changes in the teaching situation, but there are still some problems. Therefore, how to improve the teaching of ideological and political theory, improve the pertinence and effectiveness, and better complete the teaching task of this course is worthy of further study and discussion. Through comprehensive and in-depth investigation and research, this paper makes a thorough study on the problems, reasons and reform countermeasures of ideological and political theory teaching in higher vocational colleges by the methods of literature research, investigation and research, interview and empirical analysis. Although the teaching of ideological and political theory in higher vocational colleges has made achievements in the aspects of teacher training, teaching and research activities and curriculum reform, and paying attention to practical links, there is still a lack of understanding of the importance of ideological and political theory teaching. There are defects in teachers' quality and students' learning attitude. The main reasons for these problems include: the difference of social values leads to misjudgment of value orientation, and the lack of understanding of the goal orientation of ideological and political theory teaching. Teachers' quality defects affect students' learning, and diathesis differences and utilitarian mentality affect students' learning enthusiasm. In order to solve these problems, we must take the following countermeasures: to improve the understanding of the importance of ideological and political theory teaching, to optimize the teaching content system, to adopt a variety of teaching methods suitable for the characteristics of higher vocational students, and to improve the quality of the teaching staff.
