职业道德对高职学生就业竞争力影响的研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济迅猛发展，高等院校规模不断扩大，每年的毕业生人数呈逐级增加的趋势。这些因素导致学历不占优势的高职毕业生的就业压力不断增大。为了缓解高职毕业生的就业压力，提高他们的就业竞争力，我们对用人单位和高职学生做了一些列的调查研究。通过调查我们发现大多数用人单位除了要求高职毕业生具有专业能力以外，还特别要求其具有良好的职业道德水平。而目前一些高职院校主要将精力用在扩建学校规模、提高硬件设施、专业建设等方面，对学生职业道德教育研究的不够。甚至有些高职学生认为学好专业技能最重要，职业道德对就业的影响不大。针对以上现象，高职院校和高职学生应该加强对职业道德培养的重视，来提高学生的就业竞争力。作者首先通过文献资料法查阅国内外相关资料，了解用人单位、高职院校和学生对职业道德的认知，以及职业道德对就业竞争力的影响；其次通过实践调查法对用人单位、高职院校和高职学生进行调研，了解目前高职学生职业道德的现状以及存在的问题，并加以分析，最后总结出职业道德对提升高职毕业生就业竞争力的重要性，并且从现实可行的角度上提出对高职院校培养学生职业道德的合理化建议，帮助高职院校学生在大学期间树立正确的职业道德观念，，提高其就业竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the scale of colleges and universities continues to expand, and the number of graduates increases step by step each year. These factors lead to the employment pressure of higher vocational graduates who are not dominant. In order to alleviate the employment pressure of higher vocational graduates and improve their employment competitiveness, we have done some investigation and research on employers and vocational students. Through the investigation, we find that most employers not only require higher vocational graduates to have professional ability, but also require them to have good professional ethics. At present, some higher vocational colleges mainly focus on expanding the scale of the school, improving the hardware facilities, professional construction and so on, but the research on students' professional ethics education is not enough. Even some higher vocational students think that learning professional skills is the most important, professional ethics has little impact on employment. In view of the above phenomenon, higher vocational colleges and students should pay more attention to the cultivation of professional ethics in order to improve the employment competitiveness of students. First of all, the author looks up the relevant materials at home and abroad through the method of literature to understand the cognition of employers, higher vocational colleges and students to the professional ethics, and the influence of professional ethics on the employment competitiveness; secondly, through the practical investigation, the author makes a survey on the employers. In order to find out the status quo and existing problems of vocational ethics in higher vocational colleges and students, this paper summarizes the importance of professional ethics in enhancing the employment competitiveness of vocational graduates. And from the practical and feasible point of view, the paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions on how to cultivate students' professional ethics in higher vocational colleges, and helps them to set up correct professional ethics concept and improve their employment competitiveness during the college period.
