Z职校人才引进策略的改善研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的发展,当今世界,国家、区域和城市之间的竞争就是人才竞争,人才资源已成为最重要的战略资源。胡锦涛总书记在中央召开全国人才工作会议上强调,人才是一种可持续开发的资源,人才优势是最需要培育、最有潜力、最可依靠的优势。近年来,各地都非常注重人才体制机制创新,,纷纷采取更加优惠的人才政策措施,着力提高对人才的吸引力、竞争力。在这样的形势下,立足Z职校的实际,结合学校的发展战略,运用SWOT分析法分别对Z职校人才引进策略的内部优势、劣势、外在机会和威胁分析,提出对为提高人才培养和学术研究的水平,引进学校紧缺人才的改善办法。 本文按照提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的思路来展开。第一章在研究人才引进相关研究的基础上提出人才的引进对学校的发展非常重要,并对全文进行综合说明。第二章通过运用环境-战略-组织理论、资源基础理论和SWOT分析法体现人才资源特的重要地位,以及对相关观念进行阐述。第三章提出Z职校人力资源现状及存在的问题。第四章Z职校人才引进策略的SWOT分析,分别从Z职校的内部优势分析、内部劣势分析、外在机会分析和外在威胁分析四个方面来分析得出矩阵分析表。第五章根据分析Z职校人才引进工作的问题,结合中山市人才引进政策的出台之机,提出相应的解决问题的办法。第六章结论与展望。 本文结合Z职校发展的实际,分析了在人才引进工作中存在的问题,分析并解决人才引进的问题,结合学校战略发展的目标提出进一步完善人才引进模式,为Z职校的人力资源管理改革提供一定的参考作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the competition among the world, the country, the region and the city is the competition of talents, and the talent resource has become the most important strategic resource. General Secretary Hu Jintao stressed at the national conference on talent work held by the Central Committee that talent is a kind of resources for sustainable development, and that talent superiority is the most needed training, the most potential and the most dependent advantage. In recent years, many places have paid great attention to the innovation of talent system and mechanism, and adopted more favorable policies and measures to improve the attraction and competitiveness of talents. In this situation, based on the reality of Z vocational school, combined with the development strategy of the school, using SWOT analysis method to Z vocational school talent introduction strategy of internal strengths, weaknesses, external opportunities and threats, respectively, In order to improve the level of talent training and academic research, the paper puts forward the improvement methods of introducing talents in short supply in schools. This paper is based on the idea of putting forward problems, analyzing problems and solving problems. The first chapter points out that the introduction of talents is very important to the development of the school on the basis of the research on the introduction of talents, and gives a comprehensive explanation of the full text. In the second chapter, the important position of talent resource is embodied by using the theory of environment, strategy and organization, the theory of resource base and the analysis of SWOT, and the related concepts are expounded. The third chapter puts forward the current situation and existing problems of Z vocational school's human resources. The fourth chapter is the SWOT analysis of the talent introduction strategy in Z vocational school. The matrix analysis table is obtained from four aspects: the internal advantage analysis, the internal inferiority analysis, the external opportunity analysis and the external threat analysis. The fifth chapter analyzes the problem of talent introduction in Z vocational school, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problem. Chapter 6: conclusion and prospect. Combined with the development of Z vocational school, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the introduction of talents, analyzes and solves the problems of the introduction of talents, and puts forward the further improvement of the model of talent introduction in combination with the goal of the strategic development of the school. For Z vocational school human resources management reform to provide a certain reference.
