高职院校“大类招生、分流培养”模式下学生管理工作新思路初探

【摘要】：随着教育改革的深入,"大类招生、分流培养"这种人才培养模式被越来越多的高职院校所采用。大类招生人才培养模式对于培养创新型和复合型人才具有重要意义,但近年来该模式也给高职学生管理工作带来不少的新挑战。文章总结了大类招生人才培养模式的优越性,提出了大类招生给学生管理工作带来的新挑战,并结合实际工作,探讨了该模式下系统推进学生管理工作的新思路。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of educational reform, the talent training model of "recruiting students in large categories and training by diversion" has been adopted by more and more higher vocational colleges. It is of great significance to train innovative and compound talents in large categories of recruit students, but in recent years, this model has also brought many new challenges to the management of higher vocational students. This paper summarizes the superiority of the training mode of the large class of recruit students, puts forward the new challenge to the student management brought by the large class enrollment, and probes into the new idea of promoting the student management work systematically under this mode combined with the actual work.
